One of the very few players linked with us this summer that I really, really like. Probably, one of the best young right-back in Europe at moment IMO, very talented. I genuinely think, despite his age, his on-the-ball ability would quickly make him a starter here.

Shouldn't be more than 25-30m, with AWB possibly out we could upgrade this position quite cheaply. Definitely prefer him over Meunier and Dest we were linked with last days.

We all love United
Does he play in the same position as Antony? Lyon are a pain in the ass to deal with especially this late in the window

Oh all right, i just seen he’s a right back. I thought he’s a winger for some reason

It's a right back/wing back.

Should have been trying to get this kid as soon as it was obvious AWB and Dalot weren't up to it.

Well that's that then.

Close the thread.
The second tweet doesn't mention that it is the crux of LEquipe's article. Barcelona and United are looking for a rightback and are interested in Gusto but Lyon aren't sellers this year and plan to extend him. Of course if a silly offer his made you never know but it's a bit like United going after Anthony.

Big talent. Reminds me of Nuno Mendes who we could have moved for at Sporting too.

With all the talk at the moment, you would think we have activated some economic levers or something.

People seem to rate him. Hopefully we get him and not Dest who has failed miserably at Ajax.

He’s a good player. Him and Caqueret at Lyon would be very good buys.

I'd probably prefer a more experienced right back who can come in and be the main man from the outset, with Dalot/Laird competing to be backup over the next couple seasons and then a decision made to move them on or whatever.

That said, if he's good enough, bring the lad in.

This would be my most exciting RB/RWB signing we could make apart from Hakimi.

He’s far from the finished product but he has the right attacking habits.

Seems like an exciting signing, without knowing much about him. But then again, Dalot was seen as the same at the time of his signing.

Judging by the fact that I’m not seeing posts like ‘he’s shit’ and ‘this club is a fecking embarassment’, I like him already.

I imagine we’ll get quoted a ridiculous price too.

I'm in. Can't be worst than Dalot and AWB, so there would be an improvement. Also young and exciting.

Identified by The Athletic at the start of the summer as one we should sign, a “sensible transfer”. Their data shows he would improve us. Last year their top sensible signing for us was Camavinga.

Seems to fit into what ETH wants to do comfortably therefore it makes way too much sense to actually happen.

No but they came from the dutch league and was top players still. I didnt like you talking down the dutch league, its not a shit league. Not the best and not the worst from far.

But he still did well in Ajax so dont know why you are so fecking salty
I wasn't talking down the Dutch. I'm just saying it's not a good sign for a player to be rubbish for Barcelona and not make the grade there.

What a name is that? You can't just be called Malo Gusto and pretend to be a good player.

This rumour leaves a bad taste my mouth, for some reason.
