The question is will Boehly just randomly get a new coach and behave as he did in the transfer window or will he take some time to get this right? There are many reasons to sack a manager and I don't think this sacking is performance related. Similar with Parker, it seems there's a culture/behavioural issue.

I think it’s the right decision. Tuchel isn’t the right man for a long term project and Chelsea kept looking worse and worse. They have looked bad for a long time and it didn’t seem like Tuchel could turn it around. It didn’t seem like he was one the same wavelength as the new owners. Tuchel feels a bit similar to Conte in that regard.
Also the whole mood in the club, players not giving it all for each other, no fight and no chemistry. I will compare it to us last season compared to this season. There’s just no coming back from any manager when he loses the dressing room.

I think it’s worked in the past as you’ve had a stable set up behind it including a DoF and vision. It hasn’t mattered as much who has come in immediately afterwards
