It helps that the entire philosophy of that organization and offense decided to go with his strengths versus trying to shoehorn him into something he simply would not succeed in. Similar to Lamar Jackson in Philly though he's grown as a passer over the years. The one negative I see of Hurts is he seems to have a windup when throwing passes and that's something pass rushers may pick up on and start swatting at his arm/the ball.

Their play calling is a bit off so far.
They are severely under utilyzing Jeudy (Javonte Williams has more targets than him at the moment), which is limiting their ability to stretch the field with deep ball threats. Doing so would open up the running game even more, including Wilson's own dual threat abilities.
