British musician, you'll probably have heard "I Ttink I'm okay" one way or another.

He's pretty awful imo.

Are forecasts looking better? Or is this just bonkers?
It is always great weather for the first few days after the hurricane passes. It’s going to be roughly 75 f / 24 c & clear on Sunday night in Tampa.

Yeah that sounds like the one I’ve thinking of. And I’m guessing it is a head injury thing but it was a vague question to begin with.

Somebody needs to get fired over this after the last game where he shouldn’t have been allowed back in.

Tua could be experiencing second impact syndrome, which is the whole reason concussion protocols exist… if he is, it can cause severe swelling of the brain, which can lead to catastrophic consequences

They way his head just jerked around so fast was like so surreal, like the force and movement you only see in a video game or movie. Like how was that physically possible. Whiplash type force I'm guessing.
Yes. Just bad. As someone who’s had his fair share of concussions, I just hate seeing something like that.

Yeah, the second impact is the real scary stuff. Absolutely irresponsible to play him.

Why are Miami so stupid?
It was always a bonkers decision. Too much risk.

This dude called it. Tweeted out at 4pm

I love how people are trying to 'educate' nowinski on this given he had to retire from wrestling for this and has studied it a lot and is seen as an expert on this. Mad

Ugh absolutely hate to see shit like this.

Not only irresponsible to medically clear Tua, this also has an impact on the defender who delivers (perfectly legal) impact on him and potentially ends his career or does some permanent damage to him. You don't wanna be lined up against a QB thinking of conesequences like that.

As a star player with some leverage I would refuse any treatment by team doctors in the league. Get your own guys, not some butchers working for your boss.

I understand what you're saying but think this simply might not work and would cause rifts between players and teams. Are they gonna pay your salary if every team doctor says you're able to play but your guy advises you not to? Who are you going with as a player then? Your own guy probably but then it's free for all after that.

Players checked for concussion should be cleared by independent medics though, although maybe that's already the case? But of course in what sense are you "independent" if you're hired by the NFL to perform such checks, whilst the league has every interest in keeping their star players in the games...

In that case the union should provide doctors. That type of stuff should exactly be what a union is for. The team doctors don’t work in the interest of the players. It’s a massive conflict of interest.

Real disgrace that - but not a surprise. NFL is run by old rich white men.
