Worst match of the world cup so far. Marocco decision making is bad but Croatia isn't far behind.

Looks like another 0-0. Same as so many of the matches. Teams are solid as they’re scared to lose but absolutely no quality in the last third. Terrible decision making and conviction.
Booking Amrabat for that when Modric has done the same about 5 times this match with no booking. 
I think the Netherlands Senegal game and at least one of the 0-0s were worse.
NED SEN was a much higher level of play imo. MEX POL was just as dreadful though.
I think it has been a decent and competitive game but the problem is both teams' strengths are away from the final third.

I think both teams in this game have shown that they have quality. It's also not that they're not fighting for it. It appears to me they're just cancelling each other out. Overall though there have been shots and chances. Netherlands Senegal imo was made watchable by Senegal's drive to go for it. But Netherlands for all their quality didn't really add to the spectacle much until their two late goals.
If anything, this World Cup will make the base fee for any half decent centreforward start at 150M

Tactics do matter more than ever. But probably also a combination of fatigue from the no break + little time to train and gel together with their national teams. Standard of play hasn't been great in a lot of games. Heat likely not helping.
Boring game - looking like another 0-0. That's three of the last four games ending 0-0. There was only one 0-0 in the entirety of the 2018 world cup!

Both defences have been excellent here tbh. Doesn't make for a particularly entertaining game but a loss for either team could have been a disaster. Hard to tell who'll go through. Interested to see if Belgium look better than I think they are
