Few loose passes, but he’s also having to play with Fred next to him and Weghorst at 10. It’s far away from Modric/Kroos.

Taking risks with passing and being sloppy are not the same thing. If you don’t know that… look at KDBs passing percentage and then call him sloppy then
Taking risks at the base of the midfield is very different from doing it as an attacking midfielder.

KDB can be sloppy too anyway.

The only team that matters
Look at his passing percentage in most games.

He's a fantastic footballer but he's sloppy and takes risks with his passing all the time.
You're wasting your time with an obvious fanboy who can only accept that a sloppy pass or two is because a player is rusty after a couple of games off and is never that otherwise

He’s sensational. Sometimes sloppy? Probably. But the good outweighs the bad to the point of irrelevance.

Yes fanboy because they share a different opinion. Sure quite obviously we can leave this one here

Got a yellow for kicking the ball away, if he gets hooked next week would he be suspended then?

KDB isn’t sloppy. Yes can make the odd sloppy mistake as anyone can. He isn’t a sloppy player in way someone like Fernandes is

Haters will tell you that he didn't hit the post on purpose. The real ones know that he did

Gave the ball away cheaply for their 2nd goal and almost scored a comical own goal when he hit the post from close range. A few moments when he helped out in defence but equally, one of several United players that lost possession far too often.

He wasnt at his best but we look so composed when he is on the pitch. Probably the best signing in last 10 years

A couple of mistakes but the positives far out weigh them. We look a far far better team when hes playing. Great performance.

So grateful to have him back. It was a good performance aside from the 2nd goal. Don't blame him for hitting our post as the expectation is for De Gea to collect that.

He was on course to becoming MotM in my book even with Rashford being Rashford but the second goals was too sloppy.
Still, what a monster. The tackle on De Jong, him ducking away from the ball to avoid a corner, the move before our equalizer... so many great highlights tonight.

Giant again, although cost us the second goal in my opinion.

I thought he intended the post one, seriously ballsy and risky, but kinda smart at the same time because it could easily have been blocked into the goal if he tried to clear it the conventional way.

Not at his peak, but still outstanding tonight. If anyone wants to have a nightmare tonight try thinking about how we would have fared against Barcelona without Casemiro.

I know he is amazing and all that but....no he didn't.

What did he get booked for and how many cards will lead to a ban? You just know he will miss a key European game sometime.

He is the best cm in the world currently. Despite the mistake, he was outstanding again.

Other than the mistake for the equaliser, he was absolutely brilliant. If not for the error, he'd be my motm even with Rashford being wonderful in attack.

Shame about the 2nd goal. And silly to kick the ball, though the frustration is understandable he's too experienced for that.

Commentators said he only lost 9 classico at their gaff, which is incredible.

You could see the difference with him back, he's an absolute monster. Made a mistake for the second goal admittedly but we wouldn't have played that way without him.

Only one more league game to go before his ban is up thankfully.

I love him, he’s everywhere shutting down attacks.
I’m so glad he got that ten yard sliding tackle right!

he does do some silly passes now and again but I’m not sure if that’s just how he plays and is trained and expects someone to be there or not, maybe in time they will be.

If we win next week and he gets a yellow, he’ll be suspended against some random Belgian team. Not a big worry.
Knowing our luck, we kinda expect that we would get one of the top favorite in the next round if we go through. At least it feels like CL.

Very good except that costly mistake for the 2nd goal.

Pretty sure he had Shaw wide open to play it to him, but he wanted to break the midfield line and played a poor pass.

Get a metronomic midfielder next to him and our midfield will be even better.

He was an absolute monster for 99% of the match, but that mistake with the pass was catastrophic. You just can’t be doing that, in that position, at that point of the game. It’ll get largely swept under the carpet because he’s built up so much credit in the bank, but it could cost us the tie. Still absolutely love him, mind.

He’s just such a stupidly good footballer, but he does have this tendency to throw in a ridiculous pass here and there. Take that away and he’d be as close as you could get to the perfect defensive midfielder. In fact, that tendency to throw the odd errant pass is probably the only weakness he has to his game.

In the space of a few months he has possibly become my favourite United player ever, which is ridiculous given how long I have supported United, but it's so!
