Arsenal players and their supporters as well are the worst bunch of people in football you can imagine.

They are the best, other teams are shite.

But for me... the biggest hypocrites in the world.

O dear, exactly the kind of shite I do not want to hear from any of our players and exactly the kind of thing and timing that has completely come back around and kicked us in the bollocks

I know these players can talk to the press but here right at this bit is the point for me where Wenger is in the shadow of Ferguson.

It really should be 'shut the fk up and talk when that title trophy sits in our cabinet and nobody elses and untill that point you've actually won fkall and you're just heaping pressure on yourselves whilst motivationg the opposition against you - for free'

Why the fk he does'nt step in and say this to players is beyond me. Its so fking obvious and so not good for the side

When will he learn this ?! :houllier:

Just watch points walk out of the door today while we think Sunderland will roll over or park the bus and moan at them.

Hard to believe that even at this level of football players cant just think 'we need to shut up and focus' not make it more difficult for ourselves

I really don´t know what this is all about. I normally browse through a few arsenal boards and i see no more counts than in other clubs boards.

I´ve lived in London for while a few years ago and i watched matches in different pubs where the fans were predominantly from Arsenal, West Ham, Fulham and Chelsea and the percentage of idiots was exactly the same in all of them.

I wont deny that Arsene is a bit arrogant though, but when people say these sort of things about Arsenal fans, i really don´t know what they´re on about...

It just seems that people are repeating this over and over again until it becomes a fact.

:houllier: Wouldn't go that far.

I wonder what those who grew up as football fans prior to the late 90s-early 00s rivalry with Arsenal make of the rivalry.

Sure there was Rocastle/Whiteside in '87 and the infamous 1990 match but I doubt older fans see Arsenal as much of a rival as foreign or younger fans who grew up during the Vieira/Keane days.

How you predict refereeing performances i'll never know.
Sorry but thats bollocks

Your'e playing Sunderland at home who have lost 4 on the trot and you start playing after 70 minutes

If we'd gone for it properly there would have been no need to moan about poxy refereeing decisions

Leave the ref whining to Utd

We did'nt do enough .....end of

You're an idiot Maciek, and that about sums that up.
Look, we can admit even after wins that we lack of creative midfield, some of our players don't perform well. We can admit that. Liverpool fans know their team is shite, they just like to talk about past, while Chelsea supporters don't expect too many when they clearly see it's not the same team as it was.

Arsenal fans think that they should win every game, because they play offensive football and they don't have money what means they should be given every trophy. When they lose, it's always referee (yes, it was today, but not after every lost points!) - not them.

PS. Credit to Jo, who said without any problems that Arsenal bottled it today.

Arse should be beating the likes of Sunderland at home regardless of the odd bad referring decision. But as I said, they'd screw up...because they're not really all that good.

I don't really see Arsenal as big rivals of United either.

That said, Wenger is an annoying cnut and I would probably prefer Chelsea to win the league over Arsenal as well.

We don't really. We moan about it (just like fans of any other team), but then our attentions turn to the next match, and putting it right in that match.
So you should all go do that then, instead of claiming ARsenal have no ground to stand on because United were robbed.

This is the only season I've seen Gooners not moaning about refs. Well I guess 15 penalties don't let you moan at referees :p

If we beat Sunderland, we move to within a point of United and then they play at Liverpool on Sunday without [Nemanja] Vidic and [Rio] Ferdinand and, this year, United are really strong at the back so something can happen there.
If indeed. Concentrate on your own shite before commenting on ours. He's like an excited kid who's getting carried away. Men against boys.

Eh, every team's supporters have moments when they laugh at opponent and next day others laugh at them.

Remember that Saturday month ago? From 4-0 to 4-4 and the next day we lost our first league game this season.

As much as I hate Gunners' comments, there's nothing bad in that one you mentioned.

I'm not a professional player though.

I have no control on what happens on the pitch, Nasri does and as such he should be focussing his attention on beating Sunderland rather than speculating about points we might not even drop. Just getting a bit carried away with himself, I think it highlights a lack of experience.

I think it highlights a lack of humility and class.

A bad sort of arrogance that Arsenal are famous for.

They thought because they'd trounced Leyton Orient they'd gone back to being the bestestest team in the history of the world, entitled to win by showing up.

Not so much Samir.

Holy shit, I thought I was in 'Will Arsenal...' thread and it was a comment of Arse supporter. It changes much if it's Nasri.

Of course, agree with you, players should be quiet. Just quiet. And remember Essien four years ago.
