Thought he was shit 6 months ago but now that we have signed him think he is one of the best attackers in the league

Officially the best collection of wingers in the league by a country mile now.

Versatile, young, pacy, skillful, eye for a goal, decent corner / freekick taker.

Welcome to United lad.

-------------De Gea-----------
Fabio--Ferdinand--Vidic--Evra

Good age, good at set-pieces, and can play on the left. The only con for me is the price we had to pay for him. With only a year left on his contract, I think we've overspent by a good £5-7m. Still,we're strengthening the squad, now onto goalkeeper (De Gea!) and CM

Anyone who questions the value of this signing has forgotten the several months of last season where we crawled through with Nani is our only available wide player.

I think he'll be a valuable asset to the team, mainly with his set piece ability. Other than that, I think he'll thrive having Hernandez to play through balls to. To be that consistent in the goals/assists department as he's been for Villa is a good sign and will only improve with us, like we saw with Valencia.

I've been a fan of Young for years, I even remember having a muppet-esque moan about us getting Nani for twice what Young cost back in 2007. So, yeah, I'm quite happy with this signing, but as somebody who has followed the player for quite awhile I feel that as well as insiting on his talent I should warn those who don't know...he's a massive diver, one of the worst in the league.

He will improve us. Good set pieces and attacking nature, but I can't help but feel we didn't need a winger. Hopefully SAF will use him a versatile player, positionally.

Good signing. On top of what everybody else has mentioned, it is always good to have as many English players as possible for when/if the quota rules get introduced.

that is just crazy speculation. Nani was hot and cold last season. partly because of that injury imo.

We need him.
Be fair, he was more hot than cold.

Shouldv'e really won PFA Player of the Year. It'd be interesting to see how we facilitate Valencia, Nani and Young.
