We should have a fully fit squad for this game.

and is it just me or are we playing the same games as Liverpool, in the same order?

West Brom look truly awful this year, I hope we can smash them to carry as much confidence into the Chelski game.

We play each of their fixtures a week later. It's almost as if they are weakening the team for us to take full advantage of them.

Wow, the 20th? At least we'll get a bunch of players back. Jones, Smalling, Carrick and Young are doing light training and Herrera should be okay by then. Not sure about Shaw though.

Iam very hopeful for Ander Herrera to make a speedy recovery with the likes of Jones, Carrick and Young too. I expect Mata not to be dropped, he needs to get back to his form and hit the stride running. Iam hoping Shaw isn't injured AGAIN for longer than 1 or 2 weeks also...
This is my starting lineup prediction:

    David de Gea
    Rafael
    Phil Jones
    Marcos Rojo
    Paddy McNair
    Angel Di Maria
    Daley Blind
    Ander Herrera
    Antonio Valencia
    Radamel Falcao
    Robin Van Persie

    Substitutes
    Juan Mata
    Adnan Januzaj
    Ashley Young

Too early to call whether we'll switch back to the three back or not, but it should be an interesting choice from the manager. I'd like to see us carry on with the diamond, maybe starting Januzaj as the #10 and seeing Carrick get some game time.

We have to win this game to maintain our top four position. I hope most of the players are ''matchfit'' again and don't get back injured from the international matches. We should not urge players who aren't 100% fit into the match though, because I think the Chelsea match is much more important for us.

I think this will just be another ugly win, which is all the more important because I don't think most of us give us a chance of getting a point against Chelsea (H) and City (A). (I certainly hope our players don't think that, though)

Shaw should make it for this game then. Same team as today but with Herrera back (if he's fit) to replace Valencia and Jones (if he's fit) to replace McNair.

 I think they've done quite well tbh, especially considering the lack of quality in their team. Berahino has been on fire and we'll have to be wary of him.

Maybe I'm being too harsh but other than Burnley and QPR they will be the weakest team we have faced.

Long time till the next game. I hope Shaw, Jones, Carrick and Herrera will be ready, that would be fantastic. Same team as today with Jones and Herrera (if they are fit) instead of McNair and Valencia. I wouldn't mind if LvG gives Januzaj a chance too. It shouldn't matter against West Bromwich anyway and Adnan didn't get enough playtime so far imo. While Mata was ok, he didn't impress me enough to say he should play without a doubt.

Solid line up. I think Shaw will be fit for the game though.

Hopefully Carrick is back for this to step in for herrera if he's still out. Would be good to have his calming presence and experience on the ball at the back there.
Think we'll get a solid win though, going for 3-1.

I would be more than alright having Van Persie and Mata on the bench for this one, with Wilson and Januzaj adding pace and gaining needed minutes.

Was really happy to see Wilson get out there today, it's just Im a firm believer that the name on the back of your shirt shouldn't warrant a guaranteed start, something RVP is taking full advantage of at the moment.

Really feeling positive now.We seem to be moving on a right track. We are playing convincing football now unlike last year.We managed to hold our oppositions in our last 2 games. Also the fact that we were without Rooney and Herrera and 10 men for almost the entire half last game.
Just need to to get our players out from injury/Match fit(at least Jones,Herrera,Carrick) and obviously to sort out our last 10-15 min in which we sit too deep and get a bit disorganised.

Feels absolute pleasure to see a blend of World Class and Youth lads teaming up.
Hope we get 3 points out of this as well which looks very likely. Can't wait for the game.

Think it might be time to unleash Januzaj, either instead of Mata or RVP. The quality of football from our front three has been rather underwhelming this season. With some big matches coming up, we do need to find something extra.

I would love Januzaj to get a game here.

    Jones
    Rojo
    Shaw

    Herrera
    Blind
    Di Maria

    Mata

    Falcao
    van Persie

SUBS: Lindegaard, McNair, Blackett, Valencia, Carrick, Fellaini, Januzaj.

If Shaw's not back, play Rojo at LB and Blackett at CB. If Herrera's not back, play Valencia again meaning the same front six as today.

I know a lot of people have had it in for RVP in the last couple of games but I think we need to give him the chance to (a) at least try and play himself into some form given the games we have coming up after this one and (b) to try and maintain some consistency up top whilst allowing his partnership with Falcao - which has shown potential - to develop further.

    Magical Manchester United.
Would give Januzaj a game at the tip of the diamond.

    De Gea
    Rafael - Jones - Rojo - Shaw
    Blind
    Herrera - Di Maria
    Januzaj
    v. Persie - Falcao

3-0 win, I think this one will be comfortable. We're starting to be in good shape now, three wins from our last four and we were screwed by the ref in the fourth game.

RVP should this one out and fight for his place because, frankly speaking, he's not been good enough. Januzaj needs games and I think his selection could give us the flexibility to play 4-4-2;4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 in one game. Valencia to come on for Mata if we need to protect a lead.

15 days? feck this...not to mention we will all be shitting it waiting to see if ADM makes it back safe an unharmed. As for the formation I dont think LvG will go back to 3-5-2. Id like to see him start a game though with Rooney and Mata in behind Falcao in a 4-3-2-1 effort to see how that works.
