VAR is one of the best things to happen to the game in recent times. Implementation isn't prefect, but If the price for less egregious decisions and “robberies” is holding off on your celebrations for a while then it’s worth the trade off, in my eyes

It's incredible how poor we are on the ball but especially when making or receiving a pass. Can't seem to control anything and can't seem to pass to our own plates consistently. The result of this is that one way or another we lose possession.

There still remains a mixture of individual errors and tactical errors. Some use individual errors to absolve the manager of his own mistakes.

Besides individual mistakes I don't think anyone can defend that this system makes the best out of this squad.

System may work but not with this set of players. We don't have the wingbacks to provide width, the athleticism in midfield to cover the ground needed and we have one of the slowest CBs in the league so not the brightest idea to play a high line.

The system alone may not be the problem, but persisting with it with this squad after all the evidence we've seen surely is.
