Hopefully Amorim takes this opportunity to finally get back to back league wins. We have waited long enough.

    I'm going 2-1 to us.

Not sure Dalot is fully fit to start. As such, it could be something like this:

    Lammens

    Yoro
    De Ligt
    Shaw

    Dorgu
    Mainoo
    Bruno
    Leon

    Mbeumo
    Sesko
    Cuhna

Hoping us playing early can make us enjoy the rest of the matches with a victory and 3 pts today.

How often does that happen though?

Be so beautiful to temporarily move into 5th and put our feet up.

Diego Leon didn't even make it off the bench vs Grimsby. Somehow I doubt he'll get thrown into the starting lineup today.

It would be. I mean I don’t think our early time kick offs are as bad as Liverpools was the other year under Klopp.

Throw caution to the wind and go to the throat from minute one. We have the strike force to decimate anybody at home.

We have actually been doing that this season… I think in every game except the city one we’ve been dominant in the first half or at least the first 20 mins. We just don’t finish of the chances early enough to allow us to relax and control the game

I wish I could share the same optimism as you lot. I dont really see us winning, usually we are poor after a promising performance

I get the feeling I’m going to be pissed off in about four hours time.

It’s a must-not-lose game for Amorim. The pressure for it to be a must-win was somewhat alleviated by the Chelsea win last week, but if today ends up being a draw then Sunderland next week is a must-win.

This, we start games well, even the city game we were the better side at the start.

But we need to score while we have momentum, we slowly get worse in the game when we don’t score.

If you knew anything about Brentford you’d know Maguire will start

Mazraoui, Case and Amad missing definitely lessons our chances here, but hopefully Sesko, Mbuemo and Cunha turn up and it won't matter too much.

Dalot has to be fit for this! Otherwise lord knows who plays RWB.

Brentford have conceded the third most amount of goals so far this season. If we don’t really stick it to them and win by 2 or 3 then it’ll feel like a chance missed.

Obviously not ruling out we’d feck it up altogether - but if we come out flying let’s start banging them in.

It would be a dream to get -

    A win
    A good performance
    A Sesko goal
A Lammens start and good debut
    A Mainoo start

Take it while you can !
I’m just praying we somehow win today and then next week. We would surely be in the top 4/5 (is it a top 4 or 5 this season?), be in a great spirit going into the break.

The last time we won consecutive PL games in the same season was in May 2024 - 3:2 at home against Newcastle, and 0:2 away at Brighton.

Would love for us to match that, 16 months later.

It is an away game, but I do agree we should attack with confidence. One day soon our new front line is going to click into gear surely
Oh is it. My bad. We can beat them. Saw it against chelsea even before their red card we absolutely chocked them. I want amorim out but that was good display. Hope for more if he can turn it around. I am happy to be proven wrong.

Put Dorgu there, move Shaw to left wingback, De ligt, Maguire, Yoro in the centre?
Put this on the small list of, "things I don't want to see from MU", alongside Mount as false 9.

Is maz not fit, if so not it would be mental to play dorgu on the right instead

Why is he so intent on using Altay??

Weve had a week since our last game yet still he wont try Senne

The front 3 we’ve all been waiting for. Now’s your time to shine with plenty of goals. Let Sesko have a full 90.
