It’s going to be another hammering under Amorim.
So what is Bruno's best position in your opinion? Same for ZirkzeeBruno is not and Zirkzee is not a striker.
And De ligt, he’s probably been our most consistent and best defender this season.I’m tired of saying and feeling this, but looks like we are so far away from the top clubs with that line up.
I really hope some of them come good but I just don’t see 70% of that line up starting in a PL winning team. Bruno, Mbeumo and maybe Lammens or Yoro are the only ones that could! Dire
De Ligt has looked a far better PL player than Leny Yoro.I’m tired of saying and feeling this, but looks like we are so far away from the top clubs with that line up.

Yeah, probably. But it's worth a try. Anything is worth a try at this point. All Amorim seems to be doing is "definition of insanity" type stuff.I don't think Shaw's a left back anymore and I don't think whichever one of Mbuemo and Amad plays on the left would look too comfortable.
Gotta imagine that midfield should work better than ours does but I'm not convinced there's an attacking threat there that I'd have more faith in than the Amad, Mbuemo right-sided combination that we'll be pinning our hopes on today.
Amorim always gets a bye no matter the situation it's the new cafe way. He's been allowed to shape the squad in this way as well. We sold/loaned three wingers and only signed Mbeumo to replace them.
On an unrelated note, continuing to play Bruno Fernandes deep when we're missing two attacking options is insanity.

I could be wrong but I don't see Amorim as a coach that is interested in playing youth players. True UTD manager!Looking at the line-ups I actually think that Crystal Palace look stronger than us and have better players in most positions.

On a train to London watching on my IPad and hoping a City/Liverpool/Chelsea/Palace/West Ham fan doesn’t take the empty seats behind me
That’s you on the train watching it?!On a train to London watching on my IPad and hoping a City/Liverpool/Chelsea/Palace/West Ham fan doesn’t take the empty seats behind me
Rashford with or without issues is still markedly better than Dalot or Dorgu out wide like we saw on Monday night. Irrespective, the point was that the wingers should've been replaced if they were going to be let go.If only those 3 wingers weren't bad/or had off the field issues.
Last part I agree with, play Mainoo where Bruno is and play Mount false 9, Bruno LAM. Bench Zirkzee
Mainoo only 'isn't good enough' in this manager's specific system. He's been nerfed by Amorim defensiveness and risk averse attitude. There's more long term benefit to finding a role for him in this team than a positionally ambiguous player like Zirkzee who doesn't really offer anything. The alternative to Bruno deep is Ugarte or Mainoo. Neither are good enough.
They might move up a spot?Palace have the second best defence in the league.
Let's see if that's still the case after Zirkzee comes to town.
Phil Jones is looking good on MUTV.
A Hammorim if you will
It must be possible to play Maz, Dalot or Heaven in the back 3 and play Shaw as a LWB for the odd match (even if only for 45 minutes). As long as he refuses to try a different formation, I guess this is the best we can do with our current options.
At least Dorgu and Mazraoui are out of line-up.
That hasn't happened in years. Have you seen our win/loss ratio? We usually win when the entire Caf is predicting a loss. So 2-0 United
