I’m tired of saying and feeling this, but looks like we are so far away from the top clubs with that line up.

I really hope some of them come good but I just don’t see 70% of that line up starting in a PL winning team. Bruno, Mbeumo and maybe Lammens or Yoro are the only ones that could! Dire

And De ligt, he’s probably been our most consistent and best defender this season.

De Ligt has looked a far better PL player than Leny Yoro.

Good team Palace. Just have to hope they've tired.

That bench though. If we need a goal late on, forget looking at the subs. Barely even an option to move Fernandes further forward once Amorim realises 78 mins in that Zirkzee has contributed fk all yet again.

All of those "good vibes" that were built on a house of cards under this manager have quickly evaporated after the Anfield result. I'm truly fearing we're going to hit last season level of misery again before the club even begins to acknowledge anything. It's damning.

Right, they played away on Thursday night, we’ve had all week to train for this and make sure we’re in the best physical and mental shape. We better start the game with high energy and with Mount starting I expect we will.

Another low energy and lackadaisical performance should be a massive worry for concern.

Rashford with or without issues is still markedly better than Dalot or Dorgu out wide like we saw on Monday night. Irrespective, the point was that the wingers should've been replaced if they were going to be let go.

Mainoo only 'isn't good enough' in this manager's specific system. He's been nerfed by Amorim defensiveness and risk averse attitude. There's more long term benefit to finding a role for him in this team than a positionally ambiguous player like Zirkzee who doesn't really offer anything.
