Can't decide if Zirkzee is the more useless striker than even the infamous Wout Weghorst himself. Because that would make Zirkzee the most ineffective striker we've had since sir Alex. Waste of space if you ask me.

It's on Amorim that we sold most of our forwards and only signed one young striker. Injury or form issues and we lose our attackThe sequence around the penalty was bizarre. One down ans where's the passion and fire to fight back? There's nothing. And Zirkzee HAS to be brought off.
Unfortunately Mainoo is pretty pointless too, especially against deep teams like palace.Hard to see us scoring.I can't get used to the fact that Mbeumo is built like a keg.

It doesn't really make any sense.Zirkzee is having a nothing game but he hasn't played for a long time (some of that is on Amorim) Not to mention he is not suited for these long balls anyway.It's hard to believe that we've spent as much as we have year in year out and still not have a better squad than this.
That clearly doesn't excuse Amorim though.

Zero scoring threat on the pitch , nothing on the bench, hundreds of millions spent on the squad. Only one game a week and still mid table mediocrity(at best). It is a crime what has been done to this club.
We don't have many games, very hard to build rhythm and momentum.
We were getting a fee for Hojlund, amd let's not pretend that Hojlund wouldn't be just as shite as Zirkzee.
Most of us would have preferred Zirkzee to have been fit than Hojlund in the Europa League Final.Luckily we have Dorgu and Maz on the bench so we can switch it up by rotating our wing backs. And maybe Ugarte for Casemiro. Amorim is already planning it in his mind.We are second best all over the pitch.
Ive not seen the bench is chido there.Ole was the last time we were actually fun to watch. Since then it’s been a chore.
