No. They changed the rule recently where it's now a retake if you score from an accidental double touch. The goal used to be chalked off.
Think this was after a goal was disallowed against Real Madrid for an accidental double touch in the Champions League.
Apparently the rule didn't make a distinction between playing the ball twice on purpose or accidentally doing it while taking the penalty previously.

If you don't score the penalty from a double touch it's still an indirect free to the defending team.Another game where we've had a whole week to prepare vs a team that were playing in France on Thursday night.
Weghorst is a much better player than Zirkzee, although he couldn't score in a brothel.
