We'll lose against a team with far more energy, despite them having had twice the games, and we'll get some kind of post match press conference justification for the lack of spirit.

The type of season this is… we could just as easily get the win or a draw here. Only team that’s consistent in this league is Arsenal…. And maybe Liverpool at losing.

They have a better team, should beat us.

Maguire and Cunha back would give us more of a chance.

Strasbourg just beat them and they(Palace) looked kind of leggy imo. They even made some forced subs, despite losing(Mateta and Guehi).

Palace have dropped loads of points already after European games.

I can see this being a low scoring draw, 1-1.

It won't matter. We were playing against 10 men Everton and they scored while a man down and held on for the win. If its 11 vs 11, they would have battered us 3-0.

Im not sure thats how football works.

    Palace looked unbeatable tonight....oh wait....

This is definitely a winnable game, just need to take our chances.

Got schooled last night. We should not be worried about them. We just need to turn up and take our chances

    Sigh, from The Guardians things to watch this weekend;

“United face the prospect of failing to score against the same opponents in five consecutive league games for only the third time in their history if they can’t find a way to break down Oliver Glasner’s watertight defence.”

Much like the stat before the Everton game that Moyes had never won at OT. It feels like now it’s been said it’ll happen.

    Assuming Cunha is fit.

    Lammens
Mazraoui - de Ligt - Yoro
    Amad - Bruno - Casemiro - Shaw
    Mount - Mbeumo - Cunha

Palace away last season is one of the worst games I can ever remember for us turning up and not taking our chances. Up there with that Portsmouth FA Cup game in 2008.

With our extra defender at the back we should easily be able to pass it around aimlessly for much of the match.

Not quite seen how good they are at home in the Premier League have you

They are actually not that good at home. 13 teams have won more points at home than them.
What's their record against the so called big teams?

Also is your stat just from this season?

Not quite seen how good they are at home in the Premier League have you
Won 2/6 home games all season. Currently 14th in the home table. 12th in the home table last season.

They draw lots of games at Selhurst.

Unbeaten there in prem since 15th February 2025.

Mazraoui at wingback to counter Yeremy Pino's threat?
We lose if he plays wing back. He's shite there, absolutely dire. As is Dorgu in his role. Neither should be anywhere near the XI in those roles.

No Cunha and Maguire is a big drop off in quality that we clearly can't afford.

going to be a dire game. palace have lost a lot of their early season spark, we are just tepid with the odd spark.

Cunha and Maguire remain out for this game. So same toothless line up that couldn't score against a ten man Everton at home expected by anyone to beat Palace away?

I'm so angry about the last game. These players and this manager are such chumps. An embarassment to the shirt. A stain on the history of the club.

Hopefully we start Amad RWB, Mbeumo up front and Mount Bruno behind. They'll sit deep so it's not like we'll be able to counter with pace anyway.

Such a drop off when we have a couple of players unavailable. The fact we only have one adequate wing back already limits us enough.

    Zirkzee can't start.

Picking this line up is brutal. I went 4 at the back for my own sanity, and it was still a struggle.

    Lammens
    Mazraoui Yoro DeLigt Dorgu
    Bruno Casemiro Mainoo
    Amad Mount Mbuemo.

    (Amad and Mbuemo swapping around)

    Dark days.....

I've seen enough of Shaw for my United life time even with him having some good games at times. Have to change things up. In back 3 I'd put Heaven over him or Martinez if fit.

We just don’t win away games like this under Amorim. Feels like a nailed on defeat with the lack of attacking options.

Hard to see without two of our biggest goal threats. Weaker at the back without Maguire too.
