I'm confident that we will get a result here. Whether a draw or a win. I'd bet a win if we get either Carrick or Blind back to allow Herrera in the B2B role again. Think Fella will have a stormer in this one.

If we beat Everton that is top four secured for me. Just about whether we finish 4th, 3rd or 2nd. If we draw/lose and Liverpool win then we've got to start looking at Liverpool because they would be right behind us.

Behave. Who else you got thats tough after Everton besides maybe Palace?
Arsenal at home. They did us over in the cup, but we're playing better now. They're in great form too though. They're not doing their signature fall-to-pieces-in-March-and-April, which is annoying.

I still think it is must win. City are only a point behind. Liverpool have that game in hand. We should do all we can to avoid having a Champions League qualifier. Finishing 3rd, and pushing for 2nd would be a great season. Finishing 4th would simply be mission accomplished, but within the minimum expectations, IMO.

United vs Arseanl - Giroud won't want to mess up his hair, a couple of weeks before the Cup final - home win.

Blind and/or Carrick is all we need as it would mean Rooney being moved back up front.

Can't see past a United win should either be fit.

    Blind
    Herrera-Fellaini
    Mata-Rooney-Young

subs: Valdes, Rafael, Rojo, Pereira, Januzaj, Di Maria, van Persie

The biggest issue is Young or Di Maria.

I just hope rooney is never in midfield again and Falcao has been finally dropped once and for all.

Like everyone else has been saying, we just need Blind or Carrick back. We can survive without Jones and Rojo I think as McNair is more than capable.

    Really dislike Goodison park
The thought of defeat terrifies me for this one.

    We got to win.

We won't lose this one, I'm confident of that. We should be capable of playing them off the park and giving them a good hiding.

I think Carrick should get a full week of recovery. I do not see any problem in playing Shaw at LB and Blind at DM (#6).

I would start Di Maria over young but I think Van Gaal will just stick with the recent formula. I think Rojo and Blind will make it but I dont see Jones or Carrick being ready.

Would take any win here obviously but I'd absolutely love for us to give them a good hiding.

Everton fans and Martinez annoyed me so much last season, I've really enjoyed their downfall this season.

Absolute must win game! Win this and top 4 should be in the bag with only 4 games remaining, lose or draw however and then we could be fecked.

Everton have nothing to play for, we have no excuse not to win this game.

I wonder... With McNair and Shaw doing so well last weekend, and Blind presumably back in to provide more appropriate cover for Carrick, Rooney and Herrera can return to their successful roles. So is it time to try ADM in Young's position? If LVG goes for it then we must presume that ADM has absorbed the philosophy and shown he can play within the team structure in an appropriate role.

I just get the feeling this trial is not far away at all.

Yep, DiMaria to start every game - could be at Mata's expense though?

We should line up like this I suspect.

    Howard

    Coleman
    Stones
    Jagielka
    Baines

    Barry
    McCarthy
    Barkley
    Lennon
    Mirrallas

    Lukaku.

Everton and West Brom are 2 teams we haven't trashed in a long time, matches between us have been too close in the last 4/5 years, they have managed to beat us and get 4-4,5-5 draws against us, i think its high time we trashed these 2 teams.

How has Besic been overall for you lot during the season? Watched a good amount in the first half but haven't seen everton in a while really, and when I have he hasn't played. He did look to be coming along pretty well before though.

I'm confident of a result. Martinez is more know for his possession team play rather than defensive organsiation and there's no way Everton will play a disciplined, park-the-bus and hit on the counter game like Chelsea did.

He looks a great prospect and has become a real fans favourite already. I think everyone wants him to start every week now with McCarthy to build up a partnership because they are the future and Barry is finished. He is better on the ball than I was expecting, really good in tight spaces for the type of role he plays and he is forward thinking with his passing. That along with his tenacity gives me great hope he can become a great player for us. He could actually start on the weekend because Martinez has started him in the big games for extra solidarity.

Guiltily, I'm almost hoping Carrick won't be fit enough for the Everton game. It'll be good to see Blind in the DM role within this system, now we are more compact and we are defending as a unit, I doubt Blinds lack of pace will be exploited in the same way as it was earlier on in the season. I'm still banking on him being our first choice defensive midfielder as we go forward.

Tbf, Carrick's been brilliant this season, when he's been fit. I'm also a big Blind fan, and I think he's the future, but if Carrick is fit, he should be first choice, for now.

Going forward I expect Carrick to handle the big matches, while Blind has time to learn and gain experience

McNair handled Lukaku with ease in the home game, think he can easily do the same again so I'm not too fussed about Jones/Rojo.

    Just really need Blind/Carrick back.
