Difficult one.

Everton are a nothing side this year, spent a lot of money on players to be objectively worse than they were last year.

No pace, no creativity, nothing special defensively, should be a United win.

However I can see us arsing around and it being a lot more difficult than it should be.

Hope José sticks to the 4231 regardless of Pogba playing or not. Fellaini or Herrera starting in his spot if he's out.

Forgot to say, even though I hope we go with 4-2-3-1 because I'm sure as hell Everton won't even bother to attack and their counters are terrible, won't be surprised if Herrera resting today is due to Jose planning to play him this game.

The pre-march presser will be painful. Will be all about Rooney. I feel pity for Jose from now tbh.

If (big if) the game strategy fancies Herrera, he might have a chance, but I doubt it and it would more sense to play 4-3-3. He's not out of the team now due to thoughts about resting him.

We'll only know when the game comes, but made me thought so is I remembered last season when he rested Herrera against Anderlecht to keep him focused for the Chelsea game. Everton isn't Chelsea, though.

Agree with your thoughts and said it previously. Fellaini with Matic in a 4-2-3-1 and we should go one. Nothing to be feared in this Everton team, except for Sigurdsson free kicks.

They'll just set back and defend as deep as possible. We won't have any trouble taking control of the midfield so no need for the 4-3-3.

That's a point, but I think if we have to choose between one of the two it'll probably be Fellaini due to their free kicks and corners so that what happened against Stoke doesn't get repeated.
