We're still susceptible on the counter but there's more rhyme and reason to our issues and positives. On a vulnerability scale, there's a clear difference.

I'm not making a manager vs manager point here, it's a personnel issue. We're wide open in midfield and at full back, which can be mitigated when sitting deep against teams that push high like City and Arsenal did, but in games like this where we have to push forward it leaves gaps that we don't have the positioning or athleticism to close.

I also remember him scoring a great freekick when he was on loan at Porto in his younger years. I think he's always been technically well rounded, he just probably never got a chance to show other parts of his game because he played quite a disciplined role at Real.

Our build up in the final third is still woeful. Looks like we are trying to play on the counter again. It's ok when against Arsenal at Emirates but not against Fulham at OT. We have not been dominant at all.

Senne’s footwork actually is outstanding. Not in a flashy, “sweeper keeper” way but even better than Onana’s footwork, which was the only positive aspect of his play.

Agree with Lammens but Onana's footwork was a bit of a myth, he wasn't actually very good with the ball at his feet.
