    De Gea
    Williams - Bailly - Tuanzebe - Telles
    Matic
    Mata - VDB
    James - Martial - Elanga

This is what I would play, if Martial is fit. I think Ole will play one of Fred/McT next to Matic, in place of Mata or VDB.

We’ll definitely concede goals. So 2-2 is my prediction.

Goes without saying, only fringe players+few U23s should play this.

It’s absolutely bizarre. He’s being treated like a random loan signing instead of one of the hottest right wing prospects.
He's being treated like a young player in a new country, in a new team, with a load of pressure on him.

He's being introdued gradually with a view to next season.

With the exception of Williams, I like that line up.
No way Martial is playing this early though. Would like to see Amad

Leicester play the Cup final on the 15th, just realised. No way they're fielding a top 11 with an injury risk ahead of it

Rest absolutely everybody. Weird position to be in as I'm not too fussed if we lose this as it keeps Liverpool out of the top 4.

Much more important to have a strong XI for the Liverpool game. Really hope Ole changes the whole side. I would go for something like this:

    DDG
    Tuanzebe - Bailly - Lindelöf - Telles
    Matic - VDB
    James - Mata - Martial
    Greenwood

This team could get a result against a struggling Leicester side, but I definitely wouldn't expect it. Any points will be a bonus.

He’s being treated like an 18 year old who has just moved to a new country, a new club, in the toughest league in Europe during a pandemic, who are in the business end of the season with huge pressure on each game.

    You’re being irrational.

Still assuming the likes of Williams, Telles, probably Bailly, van de Beek etc will need to play most of the game. I'm hopeful that the Roma game has gotten rid of a bit of ring rust.

It is partly the fault of Ole for not bringing on certain players enough by making substitutions, but in his defence he has probably been proven right so far in terms of not trusting certain players enough to do the business. We have had to come from behind in too many games, and I think it is pretty clear that the substitutions in areas of the pitch other than up front are unlikely to increase our chances of pulling a game back when this happens.

Still, Williams, Bailly, Telles, Matic, van de Beek, and Mata have had a few more minutes recently and we are going to need them to step up to the plate and show they're good enough. If we can avoid defeat in this game and against Liverpool I'd probably take it to be honest. Top 4 guaranteed and a really good chance of beating at least Fulham to try and cement 2nd. I don't think anyone in the top 4 race will win every remaining game for what it's worth.

Tuff game to set up the team.
I wouldn't play Maguire even if he is fit, he need the rest. Lindlof still have the backproblem and can't handle all these games. Bailly was absolutely horrible against Roma, looked so slow and confused. I don't think Bailly and Tuanzebe works at all at the moment. Try Matic as a CB and hopefully he can use his experience and leading the others. 442.

    Williams, Tuanzebe, Matic, Telles
    Amad, Mata DvdB, james
    Greenwood, Elanga

In my head it kind of made sense, but seeing it on paper it looks horrible. Still hope Ole rest all the players he wants as starting 11 in the Liverpool game.

Are we expecting Leicester to play a rotated squad ahead of the cup final? Or are they going to go all out to secure top 4? I'd certainly expect them to be doing the latter. Given we need to rotate due to 3 games in 5 days, this may be their most winnable of the remaining 3 games.

Plus he wasn't a 1st choice player at Atalanta.

No Amad or Elanga for the u23s tonight so expect them to be part of the match day squad tomorrow.

Due to the fixture congestion I'm expecting a backline of:

    Williams Tuanzebe Bailly Telles

If Leicester can't get past that they don't deserve Champions League football.

    Full strength team vs Liverpool.

I have a feeling Ole will take this game seriously:

    De Gea
    Tuanzebe - Lindelof* - Matic - Shaw
    McTominay - Fred
    Greenwood - Fernandez - Pogba
    Cavani

I've put Matic in CB because he's played there before (if my memory serves me right) and did a decent job.

I'm choosing De Gea over Henderson because I believe the former is a better goallie.

If things go well then move Tuanzebe to CM, bring on Williams to RB and move Matic to midfield and take McTominay off. Or, take one of the attackers off and have a 3-man midfield.

    *Lindelof changed for Bailly

Play Phelan and Carrick in midfield with Ole up front. I think a lot depend on the defence on how Maguire is doing. Brandon and Telles can play as full back and along with Matic and DVB in midfield. Hannibal and Murdoch in front of them.

    Rest them all!!

    De gea
    Williams Tuanzebe Bailly Telles
    Matic
    VdB Hannibal
    Mata
    Amad Elanga
It’s stupid to play Telles and have no one to head his crosses up top. Play Hugill instead of Elanga then

    Henderson
    Williams
    Bailly
    Tuanzebe
    Telles
    Matic
    Van De Beek
    Amad
    Mata
    Shoretire
    Greenwood
I think this will be it.

    James and Martial still injured.

EDIT: Except De Gea in for Henderson. I know you don't need to rotate the keeper but might as well have the more experienced one behind the back-up defenders.
