I can’t seeing winning this one with Ruben in charge. Sunderland have been solid. The only potential saving grace is that we’re playing at home. I think Ruben will be sacked after this game.
Really starting to doubt it. Sunderland in bloody third place whilst we are fighting relegation. Think this maybe his last match now.We aren't the finished article, but Sunderland at home, I mean it just has to be a win.
2-0.
Perfect match for a new manager bounce.Really starting to doubt it. Sunderland in bloody third place whilst we are fighting relegation. Think this maybe his last match now.
They'd be a bit thick to make that assumption, considering they couldn't even beat GrimsbySeems like pretty much the nightmare opponent. Someone all our players will assume they just have to show up to beat and they are a side with personality and energy.
We might win just on the law of averages but I certainly wouldn't be betting any money on it.
I've a feeling I've read this since last season and yet here we are. Lining up players where they don't belong.I’ve a feeling this will be Ruben’s last game regardless of result.
I wanna believe it. I refused to not believe in a win for this particular game. It's weird that I need to will this feeling rather than it being naturalWe aren't the finished article, but Sunderland at home, I mean it just has to be a win.

This is the worst thing about Amorim. He inspires apathy. 6 games into a season and I already think what's the point. We've got nothing to play for already. There is zero chance that we go on a winning run and even qualify for conference league. While Amorim is here, who cares? We might win, but we'll just lose the very next game anyway.
Exactly how I felt today when thinking about this match(and basically any match under Amorim now). What's the point? Who cares? Because this is all leading nowhere with him. No consistency, no proper progression. Just maybe a win or a draw, but most likely a loss, even against Sunderland (who tbf have had a pretty good start for a team that's just been promoted). This is the worst thing about Amorim. Mazraoui
Mazroui.
Liverpool haven’t battered anyone in months. More likely we lose 3-1 with some embarrassing defensive/keeping moments, hatfuls of sitters, shocking wingback performances and a missed Bruno penalty. We'll win as we're home against a shit team. Then we'll get battered to Liverpool, and from there I think we spiral. We aren't in spiral territory yet
