Yeah, you could argue that Sesko's high foot impedes him as he flinches because he doesn't want a head injury. The counter argument, of course, is that Hume is being a lil bitch because around my area we never flinch when someone tries to kick us in the hed and i never brain not hurt ever at all you know

We really don't create chances for our strikers.As expected comfortable home win, but can feel we are quite nervous and pretty laboured in the build up.
Individually Sesko has been terrible, losing every 50/50, it's like playing with 10 men again, no strenght and always on his heels. Dalot another player who should be first to sold next window. Sesko at least scored a goal and has time to settle but Dalot my word, horrible player in a key position. Would help us immensely to have a proper WB there.. as much as having a mobile midfielder.so far i like how Lemmens seems to be keeping things safe and simple. Something we have lacked for a while. And I like how he is not afraid to go long if the short pass isn’t on.I swear if it was Bayindir we wouldve conceded at least one goal. Either from the shot (great save) or the cross not long after (great jump to win the ball before someone heads it in). Or both! and we'd be back to square one. Squeezy bum time.Really good half.
Mount and Bruno have quite a bit of chemistry. For all his faults, Casemiro seems to be the only midfielder we have who gives that pivot any kind of genuine presence.
Amad looking a little brighter than he has previously. Mbeumo playing well.
Lammens has been flawless albeit he hasn't had much to do.Good half and result. Could've scored another one probably. Great shot from Bruno and save from their GK.
Late scare with that penalty decision, thankfully VAR overruled it, that was clearly not a penalty.
So far so good but whole 2nd half to go. Game can still be changed with subs and we've seen situations where teams improve with subs and we get worse (Fulham game for example).
Have to keep with same urgency and attitude in second half.

Early days but I get that tall reassuring keeper vibe from him. Even if he does get challenged at corners he has a big advantage to claiming crosses
Still, not sensible to swing at the ball from behind in the box, inviting bad outcomes.I'm sure I'm wrong and there is a handful but that feels like the first time I've ever seen us score from a long throw.

Except City, no other team does to be fair. It’s all part of the modern game and I hate it. Now the focus is always on the wide forwards.

About as good of a 45 min we’ve played in a while. Just have to start converting at a higher rate. Get one early and put this game to bed.
It’s kind of nice not to be stressed every time the ball is played into or near our box.The new keeper looks decentEasily most enjoyable first half of the season. We look fluid in attack for once. Lammens has not had much to do but looked solid while doing it, plus his distribution has looked good in my opinion.
