If Bayindir and/or Ugarte starts, I actually give up on this man.

They ain’t no ordinary promoted team. They’ve done fantastically well since coming up.

I worry it’ll be a 2-2 draw - which is a bit of a nothing result from our league position as well as applying any sort of pressure on the club for change.

Terrible weather at the moment if this keeps up the game will be off

State of this “support”.. worse than ETH, RA, Sancho, Argie, Pawson,
A Taylor, schoolboy, Merson, Agbon etc etc

If we win today, that'll be 3 wins and 2 losses in the last 5 with one if the losses being against City. Its not that bad really is it?

The rain is supposed to get lighter as the afternoon progresses, doesn't it? Not to mention if they didn't cancel the Chelsea game, I doubt they'll cancel this one.

Leeds have a big team and are good at set pieces. A windy day will make set pieces even more difficult. I am pretty sure we will concede some weak goals with Bayindir flapping around. 3-3 draw.

    We're playing Sunderland today, no?

We can all plan Amorim team.
He will play the same way with his stupid formation and play the same formation.
Nothing will ever change with him and all we can hope for is a lucky win but I can’t see it.

Why is he so stubborn and adverse to change.. it makes no sense.
Why does he think he is the only right one and everyone else is wrong..Madness.

I fear we will play all the football but get overpowered on setpieces and settle for a draw at the end from a losing position.

Can this team surprise me?, they always do

This game will be no different to the others. We will have a bright start and create tons of chances in the first 15 mins. The score will still be 0-0 after missing them all and we will either draw or lose the game.

Not sure about end result, but it seems a never ending story, not just this manager, that we start well, but then either run out of steam or heart and end up under pressure.

Just watching Joses team against Sunderland on MUTV, Carrick, Herrera, Pogba midfield, back 4, Zlatan up front with Lingard and Mata. Easy win. Mkhitayran wonder goal.

I don't know much but I know that cnut Xhaka will get a goal/assist today.

...which with VAR would have a no-goal for offside

Can confirm the sun is currently out! It’s actually quite pleasant.

If we look only at the results and take nothing else into account, it might be tolerable. That would be a silly thing to do, though. The two wins we have now came from a questionable injury-time penalty to scrape a one-goal win at home from the mighty Burnley, and the win against Chelsea was clearly a product of them going a man down after five minutes.

If we had been playing well but had the misfortune to lose two games in five, it would be a different matter. The fact is that we've been absolutely terrible and very lucky to have won any games at all. A win today doesn't change that, even though INEOS and Ratcliffe probably will see it as justification for giving Amorim more time.

And that's if we win today. Sunderland are eight places above us in the league and have only lost once so far, conceding just four goals in six games. As things stand, we're not favored at all and it would be a legitimate surprise if we win.

    Yes, 2 nil.

    Prolonging the inevitable

Ya I think we actually will.

    Of course!
    BELIEVE

Genuinely wish, 50 games into this Amorim experiment, that I had this kind of faith. The maths says the man wins once in every four games.

    Whats winning?

    Indeed.

I hope and pray we can aspire to be like Sunderland.

I remember absolutely losing my mind listening to Moyes say we aspire to be like City and Van Gaal telling us we live in the past. Now I'd be relieved for back to back wins...

...how the mighty have fallen, eh?
