Douglas Luiz is an excellent player tbf, not a slight on Anderson necessarily if he's out playing him. On the other hand all this talk of £100m bids for Anderson needs to be put into context...

We need a new LWB in the summer if it continues. Until then, they can fight it out, but both have been bad so far. Dalot isnt a LWB to be fair, and Dorgu is still young.

I watched their games against Chelsea and Bournemouth.
In the Chelsea game I thought Anderson was by far Nottinghams best player and probably one of the best players on the pitch. Despite the score Nottingham where actually the better team in that game and created lots of chanses and Anderson was pretty much running the show for them.
Against Bournemouth they got completly outplayed in the first half and Anderson like the rest of the Forrest team where bad, they looked a little bit better in the second half and you could see some of Andersons qualities but all in all a pretty dire game from both him and the team.
As fore Douglas Luiz he was piss poor in both games and I'm suprised he's starting today the way he was playing last week.

Not really, the club are aware of it and we have a lot of really good young players that we will include one on the bench if Mainoo was injured.
