We should ruin them with the team that we're putting out tonight. Hope the attackers are up for it...they should all be looking to get on the scoresheet.
Matic regressed horribly since last year. He is not the same player anymore. Any time we started him this year we had massive problems. Its the reason we conceded twice vs Leipzig right away. Every time he starts we look vulnerable.aye, don’t understand the negative reactions here.
Does he have the luxury of doing that? His position doesn't seem secure enough that he could gamble on a disinterested player in the hope of securing a slightly bigger transfer fee for him.Do you think Ole might be playing him in the hope he has a top class performance which helps the club to negotiate a better deal with a buyer?
I think you have to respect Sheffield United here. Their form hasn't been great but they're still a very effective side capable of putting in a top performance, especially against a big club like United where they will naturally raise their game.My complaint is we should have rested a few players against such a weak team knowing we've got so many games cramped in the next weeks.
Haha, this will deffo happenOh well, many fans and pundits are very vocal and against Ole using two of Fred, McT and Matic.
"He shouldn't use two holding midfielders!" fully unaware why Ole had to use that option... all they do is always criticize
Now they get their wishes, and I'm sure they'll be the first one to criticize Ole after bad things happen in this game:
"Why did he not use two holding midfielders?! No protection to defense at all. No press-resistant nor fight in the midfield. Bad Ole."
Fact is teams have to rotate. If there is one side you can rotate against, its this.I think you have to respect Sheffield United here. Their form hasn't been great but they're still a very effective side capable of putting in a top performance, especially against a big club like United where they will naturally raise their game.
Alittle respect for certain clubs on here wont go amiss.
And the Champions no doubt let David Moyes down.
Of course I’m tongue in cheek and yes, players have to always take blame but if it was as simple as top players should win, then managers would be utterly pointless.
Worst manager in the PL , don't be silly , not even close. We have awesome individuals but also by far the worst manager in the league. We"lll see how this goes.
We likely concede early and then win in the 2nd half. 3:2 United.
