When we upped the tempo for about 8 mins we looked dangerous but overall that is a very very disappointing first half performance.
I feel for Hendo the buck rests with him on that first goal however we started so poorly and brought it on ourselves.
For me Matic AWB and Lindelof are obvious weaklinks

Think they might tire a bit in the second so hopefully we can pick them off but if we give them something to hold on to and battle for they look up for it and could get a second wind.I can't believe Ole still trys to play Matic and Pogba together. Where is Tuanzebe?I'm massively relieved that we're leading after that performance the first 25 or so minutes. Not that it was so much better afterwards, but it was at least some improvement. It's really not good enough regardless.
Obviously the goal we gave away is an absolutely shocking mistake by Henderson. Complete gift by him. But we were just second best to everything after that. It was quite unbelievable how bad we were. However a great pass and finish by Rashford got us going somewhat. Decent pass by Pogba too for the second, but Martial did really well to finish the goal off as well.
Need a 3rd early in the second half to kill it off.

Someone said before the match that we need Fred more for Leeds game because they will be pressing like hell and I agree with him. Matic shouldn't really have had that much trouble dealing with Sheffield.- Status
