Expect a response from the Arsenal result. Performance was fine though so just about being a bit more ruthless.

I expect a good performance, similar to the previous round after a loss.

When do we expect to have a travelling squad announced?

Matic, McTomminay, Fred, Smalling - the possibilities are endless. I personally like to have a go at Shaw because he looks fat on TV. I don't let his performances stand in front of my wierd bias.

A really tough game to call. Could even be decided on penalties.

It is good to be sitting contemplating a CL QF against Barcelona the day before an FA Cup QF, added to a realistic chance of 3rd/4th place in the PL, considering where United were only a few months ago.
In the grand scheme of things it's still not quite enough for United as greater heights are expected, but if Mourinho was still in charge, I shudder to think where United would currently be sitting - almost certainly a good few places lower in the League, having had a couple of tankings from PSG home and away and possibly out of the FA Cup, chasing an outside chance of a Europa League place along with Wolves, West Ham and Watford.

 Back to Rashford and Martial spearheading our attack.

Young and Lukaku are out. Greenwood is ill, Jesse and Herrera just back training.

Squeeze through this game, then a very welcome 2 week period to get everyone fit again.

We've been pretty defensive in recent weeks, i'm hoping to see us be a bit more attacking this weekend.

He's looked injured since the Liverpool game. Was hoping we'd have some players back and could rest him for this. He needs a game or two off. Hopefully he sits out the International break.

Tough game against a good side that plays right to the end. Think we'll scrape it though.

What's with the timing of the game? Have FA Cup games been played in the evening lately?

If Lingard is fit run the 433 with him off the right.

I was pessimistic about the Arsenal game - but now that we have the away loss out of our way, I think we'll do well tonight if we keep Raul quiet and Neves under pressure.

8pm KO on a Saturday is pretty stupid.

This was my guess as well, but maybe they’ll rest Lindelof and Shaw, they have played a lot and at least Lindelof looked a bit off last match.

    My thoughts exactly.
In essence, a lot of fans are going to get what they want - Young and Lukaku not in the team.
I think Rashford and Dalot will do just fine.

It is frustrating that we rarely have games on a Saturday at 3PM. It seems that every match we play is at a strange timing.

    Five to eight tonight.

All games staggered - presumably so FA can sell the games to TV for more.

Games suits me fine.... away in Sheffield until 5, gives me time to get back home. 2-0.

Can't see it happening really - they've had 6 days since Arsenal, and then after this is the international break.
