Could have put us on Wednesday/Saturday or Sunday. We seem to be playing last quite a few times. Thursday nights and Monday nightsIf we lose this there’s something majorly wrong with us at the core. We remind me a bit of Leeds in some of their championship years. We’re the biggest club in the league so everyone’s cup final, and there’s lots of worse teams than us but there’s games only we are capable of losing. That Everton game is a good example - crazy bad result in the circumstances. Then we go and beat Palace, very weird.
Anything can happen here. I’m no more confident than if we were playing Chelsea or Liverpool.I tell you what if we don't win against a Wolves team who've yet to win a PL game this season & sitting rock bottom I will so lose it & I'm already angry just thinking it could happen, roll on Monday night.

Not being in Europe means we're more likely to be shunted to a Monday in certain weeks I suppose. Depends how the fixture list reads.
Working on the premise that they want to show a Monday night match this gameweek they can't pick one involving any of the teams playing in the CL on Tue or Wed, and possibly not any of the teams in Europa/Conference on Thursday either, especially as they're all away next week.
Only leaves Brighton v West Ham (which is on TV tomorrow) and Wolves v us as the realistic options.
We're still a big draw for telly auduences too, always will be no matter how crap we are.

Before Ruben arrived United had a record of 7 wins in their last 8 games against Wolves and were seeking a 5th consecutive win in Molineux.

RA is never going to have 4 at the back or Mainoo start but I think the above formation/team would do so much better.
A lot better than the Wolves players i would say. They have 2 points so far and can’t get a win to save their lives. I know we are all disappointed with dropping unnecessary points but it is a wide gap to Wolves still
I think there's just a lot of teams with Europe they needed to cater for first.

Yep I think it was early February and we still hadn’t lost a game, and they might even have been 20th. We were winning early on as well. Terrible result. Hopefully this season they are genuinely just terrible and we can beat them.Wolves are on track to get 5.4pts this season.
They have scored 0.5 goals per game whilst letting in over 2 per game.
If we don't beat Wolves Amorim should be sacked on the spot.Depressing knowing that even if we lose here, his job will be safe.A chance for us to give Wolves their first win of the season. Anyway another big opportunity presents itself, can go level with Chelsea.Was thinking this could be 0-0 but just checked and Wolves only have 2 points. Would be an absolute travesty to drop points against them.
