It's hardly a rude shock is it?If you think Lacey is going to be startng for us when Mbeumo and Amad leave, then you’re in for a rude shock.
Sesko is back soon, and we have Mount and Cunha still here.

Agree to disagree then. Unless you know more that us or the manager? And if your opinion doesn’t make sense I’ll question it thanks.

Enjoy the 4-1 win mate.Hahahaha, yeah, because our current manager is faultless and always makes impeccable decisions with subs. Thanks for the chuckle.
Except Martinez has been playing down the middle since he came on

Of course he's not, why would anyone be surprised.I mean, he’s not going to start as one of the 10s over Mount and Cunha.
I never said he should be starting when they’re gone. In the post before I specifically highlighted our lack of depth in attack and said “we might need to give him some minutes out of necessity”.
With Amad and Mbeumo gone all it would take is a couple of knocks to the likes of Mount or Cunha before that becomes a reality (bear in mind both have missed numerous games this season already with knocks). In that context giving him a short run out at the end of a game like this seems like sensible planning to me.
Enjoy the 4-1 win mate.
Ironic that you mention the bigger pictureBelieve it or not, enjoying a 4-1 win is not mutually exclusive to looking at the bigger picture regarding our upcoming run of games. We results results against other teams than Wolves.

We also have Zirkzee and Mainoo and even Bruno if needed. We’re hardly in desperation mode. He’ll get his chance when gets it, no one should be handed minutes just because you’re an academy player.
Ironic that you mention the bigger picture![]()

I know right! And when I asked you how it affected the bigger picture you wouldn’t answer and told me to move on![]()
And yet another blaring mistake by Amorim, that was the game to bring him on!Now get Lacey on for Cunha
If Mainoo is pencilled in to start in CM at any point in the next 6 weeks, surely it would have been sensible to stick him in there with at least 30 mins left tonight. And even if he isn't, it STILL would have been sensible to give him a decent run out. But no. We got two highly unnecessary CB swapsies instead.Of course he's not, why would anyone be surprised.
I think Bruno playing 10 with Mainoo in CM is far more likely yet almost impossible.
Is Dalot checking for a pulse
Can we not play like we did in the 2nd half more often? Literally night and day to what we served up in the 1st half & across 90 mins in both the Everton & West Ham games.
Cheers for the reminder killjoyNo, we can’t, because all of our other games are against much tougher opposition than Wolves.

Ha!My sincerest apologies, I didn't see palace were yet to play when I posted this.
We are all clear indeed. We will NOT go 4th.
Irrespective of your pedant stance we will go level on points with 5th place and anything else would not be acceptable.
and?Amorim put him on the bench in the first place...
