  1. Erling Haaland or Jadon Sancho?

I have a feeling the club would look to get one more seasons out of Cavani and cultivate Greenwood for CF position. And its Sancho who we would go after.
  2. Goals + Assists in all competitions for Top 5 league players

I think its because Bruno seems to have an amazing consistency over key moments vs Rashford who obviously makes lots of crucial errors. Probably a difference of age and when Rashford matures to that level, he would produce insane numbers.
  3. Rashford and Martial are a problem

No player not named Messi or Ronaldo can score every game. You need your attacking players to score consistently with others chipping in here and there to win titles. We have Rashford and Bruno doing that regularly (albeit Bruno does score more from penalties which is fine as his role is to...
  4. Marcus Rashford MBE | 2020/21 Performances

@Adam-Utd : the comparison with Rooney of 2013-2014 is idiotic mate. Rashford has surpassed his entire season's tally for goals already with a large part of the season left.
  5. Scott McTominay | 2020/21 Performances

At this stage, him and Shaw are our two most important players in transitioning from defense to attack. It is essential to have atleast one of them on the pitch and preferably both of them. And oh, get our strikers in form please!
  6. Marcus Rashford MBE | 2020/21 Performances

I just watched the highlights but what has happened to his finishing! He used to be a very good finisher and now he is very inconsistent. He really needs to reset his mentality with regards to finishing chances.
  7. Jürgen Klopp Watch | "Man United had more penalties in two years than me in five and a half years"

so which one is it? Their success is comparable or Klopp has been more successful according to you. It can't be both you know!
  8. Who will win the Premier League?

We (United) will continue to steadily get 2-2.2 points per game as we have done for an year now. Which means basically about 76-80 points for the season. I can see City surpassing that easily. But if they get into a downward spiral for some reason then we will come into the picture.
  9. Injury record this season

Good job OP.. now I can see us getting a couple of big injury blows and this thread being bumped.
  10. What should be the realistic expectations for 2020-21?

Quite an understatement that last line is.. If we win a title this season then Ole will be hailed as Fergie mk 2.0 ! We have reached a stage where I would be quite disappointed by 70 points. We should maintain the 2 points per game benchmark atleast.
  11. Lionel Messi’s Obscene Contract

Its funny that the world is littered with several billionaires are able to earn much more than this just through earning returns on capital they inherited from older generations. But we are outraging for a player who has earned it by being possibly the best ever to play football with a short...
  12. Paul Pogba | 2020/21 Performances

I personally feel that motivation is also a big factor. Sometimes the team's challenges like struggling for top 4 have been far too low to motivate him but the current title race also gives him motivation. In that sense, this is a downside about him that he downs tools when the team is down and...
  13. Rio sits down with Paul Pogba

The players know that leaving clubs or angling to get better contracts is part of their careers. That doesn't take away from the message that you need to win trophies to have achieved something in football that Pogba is giving to the team. And its authentic coming from him having won so many...
  14. Rio sits down with Paul Pogba

Nice interview. He is really complementary about Cavani and seems very genuine about it. Seems like a very shrewd piece of business by the club which might make the difference at the end. Really nice that Pogba is using his credentials as a league and world cup winner to ram home the...
