  1. Jesus | Arsenal Player (a very naughty boy)

The very first page isn't overly gushing. Yeah, there's the odd OTT post but plenty felt meh about it. I wouldn't be too critical about the bollocks people come out with.
  2. Galatasaray vs Manchester United

The way we crumble when we're ahead, we don't deserve to progress. We're so naive, just don't have a clue how to put our foot on the ball and take the sting out of a game.
  3. Internationals November (Euro Qualifiers)

    That's a crazy decision.
  4. Premier League Gameweek 11

    Chelsea are absolutely clueless.
  5. Harry Maguire | 2023/24 Performances

Thought he played really well, especially considering the head injury. Good time for him to step up, for him and us.
  6. Everton 23/24 | R.I.P Bill Kenwright

One of the old school chairman who seemed to live and breathe his club. RIP and condolences to all at Everton.
  7. Sir Bobby Charlton has died

That's beautiful. I remember when Bowie died, someone said it was like being told that a certain colour no longer existed. When figures have been a part of your life for as long as you can remember, that is how it feels. Something that seemed eternal is gone and can't be replaced.
  8. Sir Bobby Charlton has died

Takes someone pretty special to be our greatest ever player - he represented everything that's good about us. Pure football romance. And the tragedy he went through to get there makes his one of the most poignant stories in English football. RIP Sir Bobby
  9. Television The Wire

Yep, a great character who barely scrapes into the top 10 great Wire characters, if at all. That's how good it is.
  10. Television The Wire

I feel you. Every quote just makes me want to watch it again. I miss those characters
  11. Television The Wire

Such a poignant line for someone who once boasted about buying the Cadillac of nail guns. It's weirdly touching.
  12. Do City leave you cold?

    Christ, not this again.
  13. Dispatches - Comedian exposé special

Yeah he sounds seriously lawyered up. Has been for years by the sound of it. Unusual for someone with nothing to hide.
  14. Dispatches - Comedian exposé special

Exactly my point. You're just much more concise! Feels like standup is one of the few places where the limits to free speech can be tested. I mean, didn't Hannibal Buress basically out Cosby?
  15. Dispatches - Comedian exposé special

Ironic, seeing as comedians who get pulled over the targets of their jokes often hide behind the 'it's not real, I just say stuff to make people laugh' defence. If they can get away with that when they're denigrating trans people, surely other comedians can pull the same trick when they're...
