I doubt any manager could get some of these players to press effectively.

Their quality is definitely lacking but despite their position in the league, their actual workrate on the pitch from a pressing perspective seems good. They match City's energy which is something I don't think we can do with certain players that we have like Rashford etc.

I think it's still a bit early in his career to see what his ceiling is but he's definitely got the tools. I think the one thing he doesn't quite have is De Jong's ability to drive with the ball from deep into space and a fairly good engine to cover long distances is what adds that extra flavor...
