Ideally yes, justice wins out. But in the world of football tribalism (which is inherently irrational), wanting everyone to lose if you can't win makes sense.

It's probably less annoying when City win it. I live overseas and know a grand total of 0 City fans. Also, their trophies and success are heavily and publically scrutinized. 115 has become a meme at this point. Kinda detracts from their "achievements".
