Absolutely not. Rashford -> Bowen Getting rid of Onana isn't that important unless you need to secure funds. You could perhaps do with getting some Villa players in.

A lot of people claiming it to be a mistake from Onana when, in fact, it's completely Dalot's fault for the misplaced pass. Onana is most likely told by Ten Hag to not be glued to his line (which, for the people with short memory, everyone gave De Gea so much stick about never coming off his line).
