I do agree with sacking the tea ladies, for the past decade they quite obviously substituted tea for verveine.

That one comes from Terry himself and he was still defending him. From memory Terry mentioned two things that injured players were totally ignored, not even acknowledging them when they were in the same room and he mentioned something similar about players that weren't in his immediate plans.

And negative expected goals, so it's not even a case of bad luck.
