  • Yeah the team pretty much picked itself except for LB, probably Svidersky or Hardley there, and whether Wellens or if Hooweverf is back will be preferred over Emeran.

Actually I think he shines more after Garner and Levitt go out on loan. A midfield of 3 of them are overkill especially him and Levitt essentially are the same role, this current midfield of him, Mejbri + 1 suits him more.
  • Did well on second half but what the other poster said is correct. Just need to look at Williams to see how a first teamers should look like when playing at this level. Obviously early days for him in a totally different football environment so...

It's just reality check. Gomes also struggled in the U23s a bit at first when he's Hannibal's age so that's normal. Just that the call for him to get some 1st team game times this season was really knee-jerking. As things stand Galbraith is ahead...
  • Pretty much this. If Axel makes a mistake next game or got beaten aerially, they will call for him to be sold for 20 mil again.
  • I have no worries, Jan is only 2 months away and the club probably already have a personal training plan in place for him. Nobody expects him to feature for Atalanta after sealing the transfer anyway.
  • I still remember a certain poster wanted us to sell him whilst he still has value
  • Personally I think all of those posting lower age group results have gone too far. You hardly even know what's the constitution of both teams. Also after so many years I came to realize that it's quite pointless.
  • Sorry but it's load of bs. Greenwood had a knock and Williams simply didn't make the 18, since we have Telles now.
  • Basically... almost nobody. Only Haygarth are among those on loan that were eligible last season. True for Chelsea though.
  • I do agree that it's a very physically developed side from what I've seen, which gave them dominating results at younger age. But they also have some tiny players like Missin, Pickup or Tom Jones who might grow later, so it works both way I guess.
  • Everyone needs to play and we haven't released those that we would have, due to Covid.
  • Promising early signs. From the new recruilters, Diallo is a Sancho-calibre of young talents, Pellistri is also promising from what the reports say. Hugill has been putting goals immediately at 18s and 23s level despite being just 16. Carrares...
  • Mellon is actually from us, released at 15.
  • Nah he's good. Patino is a good pick though.
