  1. Miscellaneous Reserve/Youth News

Sonny Aljofree is on loan, he isn't eligible to play for the first team.
  2. U18s: Wolves 1-2 United | Premier League North Champions!

The difference in number of games is negligible. u18s has 24 league matches to u21s 20. But the u21s playoffs is longer and easier to make. U21s also has EFL Trophy, PL International Cup, and PL Cup which is more matches than FAYC and PL Cup at u18s level. Most of the best players at u18s level...
  3. Stories of ticket price increases across the country

It’s definitely gone from a child ticket to adult or something as there hasn’t been anywhere near a 361% increase on any of their adult tickets. Two years ago they started at £385 for an adult in the Championship. For next season the cheapest is £550 and highest is £850. A decent increase in...
  4. U21s: United vs Liverpool

Not a fan of the variety of pronunciations of Kone-Doherty? All of which are wrong. Or Ben Thornley who once spent 90 minutes going on about how he wants to fight the ref in the parking lot.
  5. Shea Lacey

They are Liverpool fans actually. But his oldest brother trained with us for a while before choosing to join Liverpool as he supports them. After that their dad made Shea and Luis join United as he thought the facilities, coaching, and development were all better in United’s academy.
  6. U18s: Liverpool 1-9 United

He’s 20 and has spent the past several years being poor at u21s level, poor in League Two, and poor in League One. Charlie himself can’t even believe he has a chance. You can say some people get spoiled by the likes of Mainoo and start thinking every Tom, Dick, and Harry from the academy has a...
  7. Taiwan rocked by 7.7 magnitude earthquake, buildings tilted and collapsed

I’m going to Hualien this time next month too funnily enough. A little nerve racking as someone from a place with no real natural disasters but the Mrs is unfazed. They have earthquakes like every week and see it as a normal part of life basically. Since the big 1999 one they’ve upped their...
  8. Utd bid to sign 16 year old twins from Man City - Darren Fletcher’s sons!

Why would England pick two players because their father played for Scotland and has no connection to the FA? And how would that then be nepotism?
  9. U17 World Cup to now be held every year & next 5 to be held in Qatar

The Euro u17s will continue to be played every year, destroying the lives of every kid in Europe in the process. Apparently.
  10. U17 World Cup to now be held every year & next 5 to be held in Qatar

And it was scored on Jordan Pickford. That’s the one. Q became the first keeper to ever score a goal at a FIFA tournament, possibly still the only one to do so.
  11. U17 World Cup to now be held every year & next 5 to be held in Qatar

No, it means he scored on Jordan Pickford.
  12. U17 World Cup to now be held every year & next 5 to be held in Qatar

How does a football tournament stop anyone from being a kid? These are kids who love playing football and the opportunity to compete internationally is one of the greatest memories they will ever have. One of my mates scoring on Jordan Pickford from over 70 yards at the u17s World Cup is still...
  13. Bendito Mantato

Coincidentally, 3 positions Brandon Williams also played coming through.
  14. Miscellaneous Reserve/Youth News

Weston sucks but the scorer of their 3rd, Cruz Allen, is pretty highly rated. Just turned 17 last week and is averaging a goal or assist every 100 minutes in the u18/21s. Capped for Wales u17s and was actually linked to us a few months ago along with other big clubs.
  15. Blue Cards to be introduced which will send players to the Sin Bin

Aye, can't believe these bureaucrats. Not like sin bin trials have been a thing already for 10+ years or that they've already been fully implemented in grassroots football in England for about 5 years.
