Other than his goal, Amad hasn't looked ready yet. James , despite being frustrating, would start at plenty of clubs in the league. Give him to Bielsa and we'd see a different player. Its good to see our coaches not letting the price tag force...

    ----------------------- Henderson ----------------------- TAA -------- Stones ------- Maguire -------- Shaw ---------------------- Rice ------ Mount ---------------- Sancho ------------- Grealish ----------- Sterling...
  • Grealish has been the best player in the league for almost 2 years in my opinion. I'd love to see him here.
  • Lynty replied to the thread Erling Haaland.
I'd also choose Sancho and Grealish over Haaland.
  • There's a whole scale of ability between being clueless and winning the EPL. I'm calling out the shitposters who throw around terms like clueless, dross, bad coaching - when the facts say otherwise.
  • ...in an alternate reality where Messi doesn't exist. :D

Sorry :lol: I thought you were being serious. I normally don't login a for a few days after a loss to avoid the morons.

Funny that Aldi brand players are good enough to get second this season.
  • No clue...Second in the league.

Definitely need to keep him as he's great utility/rotation. But he also shouldn't be a regular starter for a team who wants to win titles. Unfortunately, money has to be spent elsewhere in the squad, so he'll be regular for a few years.
  • First touch is suspect. That's something you can't train.
  • Lynty replied to the thread Erling Haaland.
Completely agree. It made sense last year, say £40m per season on the two year deal. Now I doubt they'll off anything close to his current wages. So he'd have to agree to a significant drop.
  • Lynty replied to the thread Erling Haaland.
I agree. I'd be surprised if City went all in for Haaland. It would be a step away from Pep's style. I think there's more chance Pep goes in for a prolific wide forward and convert them into a false 9. Son, Neymar, Messi, Lautaro are all...
  • There's also a good chance we'll still be in the competitions with a real chance to win a couple of trophies. Would that stop you finding every reason to make negative threads on Ole?
