  1. Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United

Ole’s got nothing to lose, may as well ring the changes and hope for a result. I’d drop all the big names and see if it yields a better performance. Bench Bruno, Pogba, Shaw, Maguire and Ronaldo. Start VdB, Sancho, Telles, Cavani and Bailly. Feck it, give Phil Jones a go.
  2. Are Utd Making You Depressed?

It’s the hope that kills you… I genuinely thought we’d be contenders this year but we’re miles off, now I have come to terms with that fact it’s much easier to accept the poor results.
  3. Could this be the beginning of something?

Haven’t read all the responses but have you had any supportive responses @Plant0x84? Not being facetious, genuinely curious of where the Ole supporters are.
  4. Players who won't survive under a progressive manager

McT will be fine, he’ll be a big part of the squad over the next few years in my opinion.
  5. The manager has lost the players

yeah agree, the HT boos were very loud, it was said in commentary there were still about 60k in the stadium (appreciate they were guessing but still a lot) so I was expecting more noise aimed at Ole and the players. City will be a bloodbath, also worried for Spurs game too.
  6. The manager has lost the players

he hasn’t, I didn’t go to the game but I was expecting more boo’s at the full time whistle.
  7. Gary Neville was dead to me | Maybe dead again

he’s consistently said that he would never call for a manager to be sacked though. As I say, I think We’ve interpreted his comments differently.
  8. Gary Neville was dead to me | Maybe dead again

agreed, I don’t know why people are twisting the comments, as you say it’s a subtle difference but it’s a completely different statement.
  9. Gary Neville was dead to me | Maybe dead again

we’ve heard what he’s said very differently. He was very critical of the coaches and players and said he expects the club to see the season out with him but also said something needs to change, and how pressurised the situation Is now with fans unwilling to accept those performances...
  10. Gary Neville was dead to me | Maybe dead again

I don’t understand what you’re saying, Neville said he expects the club to give him until the end of the season, whether that’s right or wrong is a different debate, but that was his wording, nothing to do with your point about mates.
  11. Gary Neville was dead to me | Maybe dead again

he’s always said he would never push for a manager to be sacked, so he’s not going to contradict himself by now saying Ole should be sacked. His point was what he expects the club to do based on recent history. He’s been very critical of him today, further than I’ve heard him go previously.
  12. Gary Neville was dead to me | Maybe dead again

he said he expects the club to give him until the end of the season, nothing to do with him being his friend.
  13. Gary Neville was dead to me | Maybe dead again

He’s saying the club will give him until the end of the season, the wording is very different.
