  1. Jack Grealish | Man City

Its a shame whats happened to him, the Villa version would have been brilliant for us and had a swagger that we're crying out for, and would have been a main player for us instead of a bit-part in City.
  2. Bastian Schweinsteiger interview

For me thats down to poor leadership within the hierachy and if its rotten at the top that filters down throughout (similar to the last 10 years with other players), i doubt Bayern would ever have considered Basti a poor pro.
  3. Bastian Schweinsteiger interview

Being banned from the dressing room and made to go in with the youth team, and the manager not even having the courtesy to explain it to him is my issue. And then for Murtough to accept that from Jose and have the conversation with BS and not Jose.
  4. Bastian Schweinsteiger interview

Wrong on so many levels, I really hate the way the club has been run. Club is absolutely rotten, no leadership from the top down, its no wonder we're in the position we are with so many bad apples throughout the hierarchy.
  5. Joao Neves

There's multiple solutions though, its not all about spending big on a player or 2 (which i do think is what's needed) and its what Klopp has done really well. It should be a combination of: 1. Investing in the squad; Neves, Todibo etc 2. Promoting youth; Garnacho, Mainoo, Kambwala this year...
  6. Ivan Toney Pt.2

is he really that bad a character? Gambling ban aside, has there been other stuff?
  7. All managers post Fergie weren't good enough

No im saying 1 person isnt the difference between success and failure and im saying that the manager cant do it all on his own. I believe Klopp and/or Pep would have failed if they were here, i've no proof (none of us have either way), its just my view. However i also believe if Klopp had been...
  8. All managers post Fergie weren't good enough

I find it weird the opposite way personally, put Pep or Klopp in charge and i still believe we'd be where we are, i dont believe 1 person (ie the coach/manager) is at fault for our poor performances over the past 10 years and the issues are much deeper.
  9. Joey Barton - ex manager - wannabe podcaster

https://x.com/Joey7Barton/status/1777370682315223475 This was a good one, good to see someone go on the attack with him
  10. Man United is the highest net spending club in the world over the last 10 years.

Horrific reading but no surprise at all. Its going to take 5 years to reverse the past 10 years of poor practices, there's no quick fix to our issues as there isnt just 1 problem. Big job on for SJR and his team.
  11. Southgate or Potter - who would you prefer as our next manager?

Potter wouldnt be the end of the world, I think he'd fail but as with every manager post SAF, its symptom not cause.
  12. Willy Kambwala | 2023/24 Performances

He was great yesterday and on that performance, im surprised he hasnt played more this season. Is there a reason? Was it a one-off? How has he performed in the youth side, for those that have watched him there?
  13. Gary Neville was dead to me | Reborn as a Dragon

Think he's ace, never understand the anger towards him on here, completely bizarre.
  14. Aaron Wan-Bissaka | 2023/24 Performances

    massive overreaction.
  15. Harry Maguire | 2023/24 Performances

Thought he did well, a few sloppy moments but having a midfield that offers so few options when you’ve got the ball makes it hard playing centre half for us.
