  • Must say I've been generally impressed with our defensive setup so far. Small sample size of course but same time last year, going a man down for 45mins would have resulted in a mauling as we'd have still stuck with our gung-ho ways and got...
  • Yeah I'm going low on defenders this season, mainly 4.5 - 5.5 wingbacks. Looks like its going to be a very high scoring season especially they fail to bring in the fans. PS: feck off Son! TTook him out for Mahrez.
  • Son can be an incredible player at times.

Only got 5 posts and there are PL teams to root against coming up:devil: So with my last post in here to help make the BuLi relevant again....I say Get this league some Suger Daddies!

I agree with all this. No one is really blaming Bayern for it, the other teams, or at least the other notable big teams have just reached the point where its not just about the desire to keep their top players to be competitive, they just lack...

Well every match week you guys get to train just a bit harder than usual in preparation for Europe. Its unfair on teams playing in actual leagues:) I see Bayern Munich also vetoed the 5 sub rule to stay. Nice.

Absolutely excited for this German league season. Twists and turns, drama, heartbreak etc etc....hold me!!
  • Jota is the perfect backup option Werner didn't sign up to be. He won't see a first XI place for as long as Salah and Mane are fit and available but a solid player to bring off the bench to give them a 10-15mins breather. For 35m+ that's a lot...
  • Wildcard it is! Currently on Ryan (Miazek) James - Lamptey - Justin - Shaw (Mitchell) Salah - Auba - Rodriguez - Mahrez (D. Luiz) Werner - Martial (Davis) 0.5 in the bank. I might be committing FPL suicide, but I might just go without Trent and...
  • So Spurs are basically keeping Marcelo’s replacement warm and cozy for Madrid. Small timers. Mourinho isn't even hiding his short-termism anymore. You guys ever had a Traore? Seems like every football club has had at least one Traore.

  • Haven't seen him/her in these parts for quiet a while now. Hopefully he/she is okey.
  • Funnily enough I think the same with Chelsea players too. Maybe its just because you are naturally more interested in United related news than opposition teams, like I am with Chelsea. Maybe get past Crystal Palace first?:wenger: But I am...
  • Or maybe you're just projecting your thoughts of Sancho onto the thoughts of Chelsea fans with regards to Havertz? I've not seen any Chelsea fans label Havertz as some sort of saviour on here. He is a highly rated young player we couldn't miss...
  • They'll be back once he drops a clanger of a performance, they always do.
