No he didn't - he left because Moyes wanted him to be reserve team coach and he didn't want to be involved with the reserves.

I still think his biggest mistake was replacing our coaching staff - he's turned a well oiled machine into Everton!! We need to accept that we fecked up appointing him - I don't want another couple of windows of our transfer targets rejecting us because our coaching staff don't inspire. And...

Completely agree mate. I'm getting desperate here - willing to pay well over a grand for a ticket, but dont know if I can trust any of the websites touting them. Also, Viagogo (non UK) don't seem to have tickets anymore. Aaaaargghhhh
