I'd go for the Sony one. I picked up a cheap one from Asda for £35 a while back and it's a decent player. If it's just for a bedroom then I'd not spend the money on a PS3 and just get something cheap and cheerful, the Sony also has on demand access so you can get Lovefilm and BBC iPlayer etc.

I picked it up from Asda for £25 last night and I don't mind it. Saw it in Morrisons today though for £20. Choosing a car is a pain in the arse, you can't save money and buy one you have to while racing find a garage and then choose a new one.
