  1. James Garner - Player Watch

Watched the game, he played well today but he is not good enough for United (Better than some of the ones we still have clanking around - looking at you McT). Good honest pro, but nothing special. I feel he’ll end up having a Cleverley type of career in a mid table side (Yes I know we are mid...
  2. Your top 5 favourite Manchester United players of all time

Keane - the driving force behind United for so many years. Robson - Captain Marvel Cantona - The King Scholes - The best passer of the ball I’ve ever seen in a United shirt. Bruce - Warrior
  3. Casemiro | 2022/23 Performances

Actually reminded me of prime Paul Ince tonight - grabbed the game by scruff of the neck and played with swagger. Broke up attacks- cynically when needed, great passing and got himself into the box to finish for the first goal.
  4. Victor Osimhen

The aggression in his play and the way he chases down the ball as well as his physicality reminds me of Sparky. Also I think his hold up play is underrated on here.
  5. Victor Osimhen

Having watched him a few times, I would say the closest comparison would be Mark Hughes (although Osimhen is a bit more clinical in front of goal than Sparky used to be).
  6. Players you had forgotten existed

Rene Adler - German keeper at Bayer Leverkusen linked to United (and apparently a United fan). Was Germany’s first choice GK for a couple of games but got injured and never regained the spot from Neuer
  7. Which transfer saga stung the most?

Thiago Ronaldinho Batistuta (Unicorn) Celio Silva (although that worked out ok as we got Jaap Stam instead)
  8. All Time 11 In Your Lifetime - No Two Players Can Have Played For The Same Country or Club.

    Akinfeev Russia/CSK Maldini Italy/Milan Aldair Brazil/Roma Kompany Belgium/Man City Lahm Germany/Bayern/Stuttgart Kante France/Chelsea/Leicester Juninho Brazil/Boro Valderrama Colombia/Marseille Messi Argentina/Barcelona Ronaldo Portugal/United/Real Shearer...
  9. Denis Irwin

Although Denis was very good going forward the closest comparison is probably Maldini. Just so dependable and allowed Giggs to do his thing on the left knowing Denis was there to cover. Just made everything look simple, a no fuss player. Hell of a free kick too - can’t be bothered to check but...
  10. Your United Hero Growing Up?

Steve Bruce was my first hero - that header against Sheffield Wednesday! Bryan Robson, Captain Marvel ‘nuff said. Eric - Rebel, Idol, King
  11. Make a starting 11 with your favourite United players

Schmeichel Irwin Rio Vidic Evra Keane Scholes Robson Ronaldo Cantona Giggs
  12. Random footballers from years gone by that you remember for no reason...

Phil Mulryne John Curtis Ronnie Wallwork Alex Notman David Healy Had such high hopes for all of them Emerson Thome at Sheffield Wednesday, the most un-Brazilian Brazilian I’ve ever seen
  13. Players held back by injuries

Wes Brown. Had everything to be a top Centre Back.
  14. Sanchez, Di Maria, Falcao or Veron? Who's our worst ever South American at signing?

Possebon - went from world class prospect to Conference player in the space of one tackle. Fabio - did ok, but was supposed to be the better and more talented twin
  15. Vidic Return?

Vidic as DoF would be great - can’t imagine that fat slob Raiola throwing chairs with Vida in the room...
