  1. Television Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

 Was thinking exactly the same myself earlier, although I have a feeling that chosing to become the sole sponser of the marble league ate into their surplus funds quite considerably. Great show, still thought the drama of the 2016 ending was better though. His frustration four years ago...
  2. Television Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

It won't be the last
  3. Television Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

It's only been handled more incompetently in a few other places taking total deaths as a percentage of the population … one being the UK. 231,000 US deaths from a country of 328m people (705 deaths per million) is about on par with the UK's claimed Covid-19 deaths of 46,700 (within 28 days of...

  5. New Podcast - United Hour - RB Leipzig Review - Red Bull doesn't give you wins

Picked a good time to resurface  I'm finally back in Germany after a crappy year dealing with all sorts of stuff. Nice to hear some familiar (and new) voices. Nice one guys, glad to see you're still going strong. ;)
  6. Television Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

That Asylum piece was chilling
  7. Television Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

They didn't ;) Brilliant ending but the WHO main piece was classic old school LWT journalism. Solid facts presented pipe-organ style … literally
  8. Television Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

    feck Danbury
  9. SARS CoV-2 coronavirus / Covid-19 (No tin foil hat silliness please)

The “numbers” are only the numbers that have been tested and found positive. There could be one more or millions more cases in the untested portion of any given countries population. You can’t even rationally scale up tested figures as only high probability cases are subject to testing...
  10. LASK vs Manchester United

    ;)
  11. LASK vs Manchester United

They broke Bailey … again
  12. Post match vs Everton

But what if you felt you had to take two steps forward before booting the ball ip the other end. Can’t do it. Interfering with play all day long!
  13. Post match vs Club Brugge

100% this. No one can possibly say it would or would not have been saved. As long as it was on target it has to be red. I think it was quite obviously on target and the delay was bizarre. I’ve seen far less contentious things go unchecked in the PL. Imagine after four minutes delay standing...
  14. Mino Raiola talksport interview

I’m sure we agree on lots of things - we're both here after all! We only disagreed on one and that’s hardly important in the big scheme of things :)
  15. Mino Raiola talksport interview

Cool, that’s the beauty of this place ;)
