He is too showoffish. Always slow down play uncessarily. Each time the balls goes back to him, he will dally on the ball, look left look right, either make the easy pass or hit a long pass to the opponent.

Best thing about him is his composure. There are many older pros that do not have that. He has still much to learn and improve, but he already has the one of the most important tool to be a world class midfielder in his locker. I don't think we will see his full potential until a bit later...

This should be his minimum. The problem with him is when he is out of form, he just gave up and sulk. Compare to Garnacho or Bruno who will just keep going and trying even when out of form. I hope he finally kicks on and improve but there have been too many false starts for me to get excited...
