Its not the first season our defence has looked shaky....it seems to happen on an annual basis in the first part of the season

the issue is at the other end of he pitch where we are struggling to score

Rooney top scorer on 9 is poor for us

Vidic has definately got another year after this - the problem is that we haven't had a settled defence all season because of injury

Think he's been fine this season and we should keep him. He's had two horrible games (Sunderland and Everton), but he's been consistently good. Another solid performance.

Today was his 200th PL appearance btw. Led the team like a captain. Solid. People overreact when they say he is finished, as you said he's not really played badly except for a couple of games. Still has a role to play at the top.

He's one experienced defender that we need to keep. The younger ones have a lot more to learn from him.

I feel he has been way over the top for a couple of years now but he was immense tonight. Hope he has a couple of more games of this caliber in him before he leaves.

He was mentally up for it tonight. I think he would be the first to admit that he has been woeful and not up to standard in recent months.
