"So if any lurking rags (they don't know why their called rags by the way) want to use this, then you have my permission. Oh, and now that Brexit is almost upon us don't worry. I'm sure most of your fans will find a way to get to the games."

"I never realised this. Well I hardly go there anyway but I was curious so had a quick look a few pages in. You're likely about right. Helsinki, Finland, Norway, Jamaica, Atlanta, California, Texas and other parts of US, Malaysia, Japan, Turkey, Pakistan, Canada, Croatia, Melbourne, Sydney, Milan, Lagos, Poland, etc and that's just a few pages in. They might have, they might have not been to games or may have moved. Not sure about the ones without location though. I saw a few from Manchester but realised most of them were City fans like, Cityfaninpeace, gentleman Jim, Polite Poster, etc."

This coming from fans who follow a club made up as follows:

Owners / Chairman - United Arab Emirates
Director - China
Chief Exec - Spain
Director of Football - Spain
Manager - Spain
Asst managers - England & Argentina

26-man Squad
England x 3 (Hart, Delph and probably Sterling will most likely get moved on too!)
France x 4
Belgium x 3
Argentina x 5
Brazil x 2
Spain x 3
Serbia x 1
Ivory Coast x 2
Nigeria x 1
Germany x 1
Australia x 1

They really are a thick, deluded and bitter bunch!

That's the thing about city fans. Whenever you speak to them, it's like they're stuck in time, still pushing the same shitty narratives that invariably have United fans pointing and laughing. They'd love to be a truly global club, but they just aren't. Instead, even after all of these years of rolling in it, they need to fall back on the tired old cliches to make themselves feel better.

They epitomise what it is to be 'small time.' All that money and they've barely moved on from having Curly Watts as a celebrity fan.

For a bunch obsessed with being a global club and a recognized force around the world they surely don't half hate on "them damn foreign fans" that inevitably comes with being a global force and being at the top for 20+ years.

Stopped reading when he confused their with they're.

Who gives a toss about a location of a forum poster? Small time.

Their instead of they're. That hurts my eyes the most.

Also they want to be a global power but try to make fun of the fact United has fans all over the world.
That's well weird.

Ah good, we've gone full circle and we're back to the weird geographical boasting, which goes back to pre-Mansour City. Surely we're not far away from the old "Only one team in the city of Manchester" retort. Looking forward to that one.

They'd do well to get a few more foreigners on blue moon, double the average IQ and raise discussions from sub-human to passably human.

Too insecure on there, as well as bitter as feck and arrogant. Dumb fecks are an embarrassment. If they post about a player they sign or are linked with being class and you disagree the first comment thrown at you is you aren't a city fan you're a troll.

I've never seen a forum using the "if that was us signing ibra wed be called stupid but cause it's utd it's a great deal"

"If anyone else did something it would be brill but if city do it its bad"

That childish whinging is embarrassing and from grown men and women. The way they're going on abut next year you'd think nobody will ever get the ball off them and pep is the best manager ever.

No even going there when it comes to their itk mob....the fecking virgins pretending to have inside info

"Will the Etihad ever sell out??

Who really cares??

As for selling out, that lot from Trafford sold out years ago - hence their breakaway club"

They actually created a thread dedicated just to Ibrahimovic when it's official he signed for us but that thread got moved to their United thread. my goodness their self-obsession!

I'm surprised they haven't posted about the rag press not mentioning the penalty misses by BFS and Darmian.

That's how thick they are!! The thread was actually about whether the Emptihad would sell out capacity wise i.e. get maximum attendance! This was after their new signing Nolito asked if it ever gets full!!

Noticed that Noel fecking Gallagher will do City’s first interview with Pep. It’s fecking weird, why not use someone who actually has something to do with journalism?

It's bizarre. Think he interviewed Balotelli for Football Focus once as well. It's even more weird that he's made out to be the toppest of top blues but he was nowhere to be seen for years before they became Abu Dhabi FC, now he's like a club ambassador.

Do they have a script writer there? I would have thought his dream, as an ex Barca player, was to manage Barca? Amazing he didn't burst out laughing.
He was clearly referring to playing and working in the English league, and that managing City has now fulfilled that dream. Besides, it's no more laughable than Di Maria's claim when he signed that United were the only team he'd have left Madrid for.

Maybe we have an even better script writer.:)

Just hit me watching that vid what a gigantic step down it is for Pep. From Barca to Bayern to.... Man City. I must admit I am surprised he went there.

Has this kind of event ever been put on by a club before? I know Real like to go mad for their galactico signings but I can't remember anyone doing it for a manager.

I know he's well respected and rightly so but if Pep isn't the instant success they think he will be this is going to look ever more small time than it does now.

That all stemmed for Collymore, like a couple of people on here, misinterpreting Pep's comments. Wouldn't expect anything that requires even a minor degree of intelligence from the kind of man who has no problem viciously assaulting his own wife though.
