His United career can't end with that injury, I don't care how long it takes sign him up

Surely he'll stay now?

We're in the Champions League, and if he can come back by Feb or so, the thought of finally winning that one missing medal will be a real motivation for him.
Don't think it's up to him anymore. Mourinho can basically pick any player (well almost) he wants now, with CL in the picture. As I see it - if Ibrahimovic will be ready in September or October, he might get a contract. If it's sometime during 2018, I don't think they'll continue to 'cooperate'.

But I do hope that he stays. Think it would be better for Rashford if he stayed, since it's a bit too early for him to have this much pressure, especially with CL next season.

Seeing him moving around out there, you could be forgiven for thinking he was only a few weeks away from making a full return to action - he really is incredible

I heard he is seriously considering staying after reading that banner. He's in negotiations with the man with the banner about the details.

It was the wife, posing as the husband, with that banner.

Loved everything about his personality. It was a dream and a massive enjoyment to watch him in our shirt.

I have no problem if he returned from his injury in a good time to give him a short contract next season, but of course without affecting our transfer policy.

He's my favourite player since before he even came here. I'd LOVE him to stay but I think he's off. Imagine the team we could have next season if he stayed though!

I reckon he'll be classed as a free agent and re-sign with us once he's approaching fitness. So basically January at the earliest..and bow out next summer (well maybe from competitive football if he fancies a stint in the MLS).

He looked genuinely delighted tonight.

He does what he wants

And he is staying. He said he that this is a MASSIVE title for the club. And he wants more titles and play in the champions league. And he wants to build more houses

He also said his rehab is going forward, he is feeling 30% I think he said.

However, i'm pretty fecking stoned so it could all be fictional.

Crazy that with all his career, this is his first major European trophy he won ( super cup aside ) and he did it with us

He was great last night, couldn't help but have a great big beaming smile on my face anytime he was on the screen.

Hope he stays. What other team in the champions league would want him that he would go to? Could be a final shot at the UCL for him

Yeah, I that's what I'm thinking too. Don't renew his contract now but take care of his recovery and then sign him as a free agent in January, if all is well. It's the best option for both sides, the way I see it. We'll get a massive boost for the end of the season and he'll get another chance to win the PL and CL.
