This is a joke. Also, how can anyone buy tickets on the basis that every game is apparently Saturday 3pm? Surely the first bunch of games need to have settled days and kick off times at this stage?

The way it used to be done was far better. Release batches of games, rather than all of them on the same day which is absolute lunacy for the reasons you've stated. I wonder how many membership packs touts buy, because this system plays right into their hands.
I'm in, can add tickets to the basket but then can't log in to buy them. Proceed To Checkout takes me to the Utd.com log in and sign up screen, not the one where you verify your membership with your surname. It's not accepting my password and I've checked for a password reset. Got a screen saying that it will be sent and the link valid for six hours. The link eventually came and was invalid! Now been waiting 10 mins for another.
I agree that the old way was so much better. Every year now you hope that they'll have improved on the previous year but nothing changes. It'd help if there was a separate section for members to access, I'm sure that the fact anyone (members and non-members) can try and access the ticket sales slows the site down.

I'm feckin stuck at the last bit of the loading please wait screen, and it hasnt moved for over half an hour. Absoloute joke and probably wont even be able to purchase tickets when i do finally get in by the looks of things/previous experience. Shambles
I've had the same membership and password for 15 years. I was on the site on Sunday on my phone. I tried to log in this morning and I'm getting an error message saying 'your account has been locked, you should be able to log on after one day'.

I've managed to sort two tickets for West Ham, Everton, Newcastle, Swansea and Watford.
What?! I'm only trying to get tickets for Everton at the moment. How have you managed to go through multiple times?
It's odd, once have gone through the queue and you're in, then you're in - if that makes sense.
I've got West Ham and Watford, any others we'll pick up as the season goes on.
Only took 1hr and 57 minutes this year compared to 5 hours last year.
There's an option once you've got tickets in your basket to add more to the order, towards the bottom left of the screen if I remember correctly. It takes you back to the ticket page so you just add whatever else you want. Keep an eye on the time though so that you don't get timed out.

Anyone else been stuck on the 0-30 minutes left bit of the queue? I've been there for an hour and a half now! Think it's probably crashed on me
It's not crashed, I was there for an hour before I got in. Unfortunately getting in wasn't the end of the problems. Selecting seats, selecting seats for other members in my network is where it all ballsed up properly. Websites never able to deal with this method of ticket sales. Shambolic. Good luck with it tho. Never know. By the time I got in the seats I wanted for the games I wanted were pretty much gone or not allowing me to buy them. Pissed me off.
Always a bit of a shambles. But they will release some more closer to each game. Think my chances of getting some for the first game in this release are gone mind you!
You should be able to get some tickets if you're not particularly fussy about the seat location. I wanted South or North stand for the West Ham, Everton or Palace games and not too high up but that wasn't working out for me. Happy hunting anyway.
See, I had a problem with that last season. I signed up to be notified when extras went on sale but never got notifications, not by text or email. It'd always worked for me before. I asked about it and was told that it was probably because I wasn't accepting emails from 'noreply' senders but that's not the case, I'd had them from others - and I'd also had them from Utd about other matters.
Finally got in through Firefox browser after 3 hours waiting and bought 2 tix for West Ham, Everton and Newcastle. I got locked out of my account on Chrome for some unknown reason, but Firefox worked.
I've been in the queue since 9am this morning, so over 5 hours now. The approximate wait time has gone to 0 to 30 minutes three times, before going back up to 30 to 60 minutes. Absolute joke of a system, I'll definitely be getting a refund on my membership pack if I don't get any tickets.

Never bought Prem tickets, only MLS and Bulgarian league, so I have no idea what's going on. Me and my friend want to take the trip before leaving for University. By the looks of it I'm guessing there's no chance to get tickets for West Ham at this point? Especially if we're not members?

I eventually got on this afternoon and got two tickets for Everton, although they're about 10 seats apart in the same row. Another ridiculous aspect of this system appears to be that you can't view seats, only block availability - at least on a mobile browser.
Also, when I got to the point of adding tickets to the basket, I had to add my ticket, then reassign it to my mates membership number, before going back and adding another ticket for myself. If I tried to add 2 adult member tickets to the basket, it would give me an error message. Perhaps that's also a mobile issue, or maybe I'm just being stupid, but it's a really shit way for one of the world's biggest football clubs to sell tickets.
