This is the most damning aspect at the moment.
I cant think of a single player right now that was better for us than they were for their previous club. Every other club has atleast one player that has improved but its hard to say one has for us.
Pogba,Lukaku,Mkhitaryan,Di Maria,Falcao,Herrera,Sanchez. The list goes on. All were better for their previous clubs.
Martial has looked worse since his first season with us. De Gea is starting to show signs of being human.
I honestly cant think of anyone that weve bought and said yeah, we made him the player he is today. The way clubs of the top 6 can like Hazard, Salah, and every bloody player at Man City.
Until we actually improve the performances of our players then the team can play with greater sustainbility. Not like the shitshow of inconsistency at the moment with performances dropping off like an old man's libido.
I can only think this issue will be addressed if we appoint a modern manager and not like the old timers we have appointed since Fergie left. We have to adapt as a club and if we dont we will only see a continuation of players turning crap for us when they were better for their previous club.
