According to "Gungerz" on reddit, this is the team:

U18s XI vs Everton: Thompson; Puigmal, Bernard, Mengi, Williams (c); Garner, Levitt, Traoré; Ramazani, Elanga, Greenwood
Subs: Carney (GK), Devine, McGhee, Galbraith, McCann

Garner, Williams, Levitt, Bernard and Greenwood back with the U18s? Everton are a very strong side so maybe we have that in mind. Do the U23s play this week?

U23's don't have a game for a few weeks now, but I'm guessing UEFA U19 cup is back in a week or so?

Actually just checked and we won't be playing in that for a while either so makes sense they start tonight!

Ah right cheers, that makes sense then.

We've started brightly, Traore nearly sends it into the top corner.

Ramazani is just the reincarnated Nani, capable of moments of brilliance littered with odd decision making and running into blind alleys.

Been a competitive game so far, Hosie (RB) for Everton has just been sent off after 25 minutes, don't think he's won the ball once this match.

We've just hit the crossbar from the resulting free kick. I've often been very critical of Bernard's defending but he can't half win a header.

Hit the cross bar again, knocking on the door now.

Don't think there was anything wrong with the challenge on Traore but no need to kick the ball at him when he's down. Puigmal looks to be injured as he's come off for Charlie McCann.

Everton are now just being allowed to kick the shit out of the United players.

This referee is so inconsistent, I think he's letting Everton get away with everything because of the early red card which has resulted in a lot of nasty Everton challenges going unpunished.

We've created the most chances and we're probably a bit unlucky not to score, Ramazani's been a defending machine this game. United easily the better team since the sending off. Still, 0-0 at HT.

Gotta be careful. These are the cnuts who tried to end Chong's career, twice, within 5 minutes. A miracle it only put him out for a year.

You could be right about the ref, I just thought he was a "let it go" type - but if the red card bothered him, our lot will have to careful.

Think we may have just avoided a clear penalty so maybe I'm being too harsh on the ref, maybe he's just generally rubbish. No prizes for guessing who put the challenge in.

Everton go close but Thompson makes a good save 1 on 1.

Williams is a gem. Ramazani has a good shot in the box but keeper positioned himself well. Game still up in the air but the game's mostly been played in the Everton half.

Almost an excellent goal by United but Ramazani puts it wide from the middle of the box, 13 attempts for United with 6 being on target.

United still the better team but Everton are getting absolutely everything off this referee, he's certainly doing his best to make up for the missing man. Mengi's been colossal at CB tonight, Ramazani and Elanga have both been very good, Greenwood unusually quiet, looks like he's been told to stay forward instead of dropping deep as he often does.

We're getting desperate now with these lazy attempts from the edge of the box, playing right into their hands.

Greenwood misses an open net, third time we've hit the woodwork after a great run by Elanga.

Penalty to United with 3 minutes left to play. Dylan Levitt scores, 1-0.

Greenwood brought down - no doubt about that penalty. The defender didn't even complain

Finishing aside I think we can be pleased with that performance, Everton are always dirty as feck. We created plenty of chances and on another night it would've been 5. Don't think our midfield three put a foot wrong all game, that was Traore's best game in a while, he needed that. Mengi and Williams were fantastic, Williams is quickly becoming one of my favourite players, to add to that he just decked one of their players (should earn him MOTM and a raise, in my opinon). Elanga and Ramazani were tearing their respective full backs to pieces.

United players waiting till the final whistle to have a scrap, fully deserved, Everton were complete bell-ends all game. Referee was shite as always, hope his car breaks down on the way home.

For the first time I'm left feeling slightly disappointed with Greenwood. A lot of arm waving and dirty looks to his teammates which I haven't noticed so much before! Hope he doesn't feel resentment at playing this level still; was pretty sloppy tonight also

Something needs to be done about this! We've had teams kicking the shit out of us all season and many parking the bus too! What's the point; this level should be about development and playing football the right way, the results should be secondary!
